You are now one of a group of 98 homeowners who make up our Home Owners Association (HOA). Some of you may have never lived in a shared space like ours before now. When you purchased your unit, you got a copy of our By-Laws, CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) and Articles of Incorporation.

To lodge a complaint about excessive airport noise, call 650-821-4736. The system should record your complaint message. The complaint will get compiled in a monthly Airport Director's Report. The Airport Roundtable meets the first Wednesday of every month at Millbrae's City Hall, in the Checuti Room, 450 Poplar Ave., at 7pm.
Careful investigation has revealed that most of the water intrusions issues that arise at Pacific Point are the result of inadequate type (retrofit) of window, and/or faulty details of installation, which allow storm-driven water to penetrate the buildings. Notify the Board of Directors that you intend to replace your windows.
The Manor Association provides the Pacific Point Homeowners' Association's administrative functions. Jolie is available during business hours to take maintenance calls. To expedite scheduling with the proper vendors, please refer maintenance requests to Jolie. Mark can respond to questions regarding the HOA policies and procedures.
