DO NOT LIVE HERE The property manager is horrible . My cousin still lives here I was just there had my car towed by her for no reason. She’s very unprofessional. She used to have the cops there all the time my cousin said he spoke to one and asked what was going on and said she was beating her girlfriend .I used to see a girl crying leaving her home. Now we see a big older lady there all the time but she tells her residents they can’t have company more than 3 days . She drives through the parking lot fast & has different women leaving her house. I love my little space at The Terraces. My apartment is pretty and has a gorgeous view! I regularly see deer, coyotes, kitties and have even spied a fox on an occasion from my back patio! I love it here. When initially looking at this property, I wasn't impressed with what I'd ready about the property management company. But, I was thoroughly impressed with what I read about the on-sight property manager, Mari. Having had limited experience with her at the time and already having a fantastic impression, I decided to trust the reviews and signed the lease. I'm so glad I did

Visited these apartments not to long ago and I'm so grateful for how they have it set up for you to view the space during this pandemic. It was so safe, the units were clean and updated, and to add icing to the cake... Amari, who helped me during my visit, was extremely helpful, informative and nice, which really made my visit all the better!

My husband and I were interested in moving to the Terraces during the COVID 19 pandemic and Marcy (Apartment Manager) made the experience the best I've ever had. Although we didn't move to the Terraces because the floor plan layout didn't work for our family, I would strongly consider the Terrace Condominiums to anyone who is searching for a new home based on the great service and professionalism displayed by Marcy. Thank you Marcy very much for helping our family the way you did.

The community it is great. It's nestled back away the daily hustle and bustle.
The community is quaint, and quiet.
I'm needing to down size and don't want to feel confined. The unit I saw had high ceilings which created a more open environment. Very spacious and I really love the upgrade and finishes.
Overall it was a positive experience.
Ooh! I can't not leave out Mari, the Property Manager. She was one of reasons I took the time to visit the community. She's great!

This place is a hidden gem. Super quiet and really clean. Any problems, they are remedied with the quickness! These guys get things done right! The atmosphere here is friendly and the patio is a great place to chill or bring friends and family. I love these apartments very much. I recommend The Terraces Luxury Condos in El Sobrante as a place to make a home. Everyone is in good hands with the professional and courteous management team of Mari & Joe!

I have lived here at the Terraces since September it is beautiful, quiet lots of critters deer fox are few that have crossed thru my backyard. Mari and Yolanda are amazing manager's. It's clean and very well maintained here. My neighbor's are quiet and neighbourly. If I had any recommendations it would be to have community functions. I used to be in PM we have holiday events and greet and meetings garage sale. We'll that's it. Give The Terraces a look see.

Unfortunate waste of time and experience. We were quoted two weeks ago for a unit that was not ready. It included a garage. We went last weekend to view the unit and once we received the application, it was sent to the wrong primary lease holder and could not be changed. The rent went up by $200 per month and now an additional $150 fee per month for our car.

Now that's funny people that live on the second floor have a backyard but the only way you can cut the grass in the backyard has to go through the living room and the second bedroom so which means you'd have to carry a lawn mower and need some help that's messed up that's truly messed up anyway I cut my cousin's lawn

I was living here for 2 years. If there was no break-in, I will give them 4 stars. Safety is a concern. You will need to ensure doors and windows are locked prior to leaving the unit. Parking is also an issue here. We got some crazy residents even parking in the red zone and disable parking without a permit. The 12-hour parking became a forever parking. Some residents also violate the dumping policy. The dumping area was just completely packed. you may see many cats walking around the community because residents were feeding those cats, that caused a hygiene issue.

If I could give this property ZERO stars, I would. This place is unsafe, theres been numerous break ins (there was one last night on 2/9/2018), new management has left my residence open and unlocked after maintenance work performed, new management has not been friendly and does not work with residents and is very unorganized. The residents here have held community meetings which concluded that we wanted management to increase security such as fixing the security cameras so that they work. Its been 7 months and management has heated the pool and changed the doors of the garbage cans, no signs of

They have sold the complex in the last 90 days. New management could care less about current issues regarding the tenant living conditions. I put in a request for them to come in to look at my leaking toilet over ten days ago and I've yet seen a maintenance person come look t it. I've lived there since 2014 and I've never experienced a pest control problem just a few ant and spiders. No big deal. Look I'm warning you once again don't move here.... they have sold the property so its no longer FPI which that company was the devil. But the new owners have kept FPI's workers which was a big NO NO... Charlotte and her boss Sharon are totally unprofessional, rude and not considerate. Charlotte is a total nut case with no sense of direction and will lie on you at the drop of a hat. They tow cars without putting a notices on them even tho they know which tenant the car belongs too. I lived here for 8 months. Had a few issues but maintenance always took care of it in a timely manner. I think it's a nice place to live. Neighbors were nice. Only issue I had was when it was time to move out.
My family moves frequently for work, so this issue is so predictable. Sad thing is, I usually expect these same type of shenanigans at the end of every lease. There seems to be no way of getting around it but we ALWAYS go above and beyond to try & get a full security deposit back.

This is the worst management company I have ever come into contact with. They are extremely unprofessional. Ever since they took over managing our complex everything has gone downhill. They don't respect their tenants, they take zero pride in their work, and they don't take care of repairs appropriately. I have been dealing with mold in my apartment since April and it's STILL not resolved. They enter property without appropriate notice, they do crappy repair jobs, and they don't seem like they care about their tenants at all. I would NEVER recommend renting anywhere that is

I am only giving one star because you have to. FPI management sucks. This is the worse management company. I highly recommend you do no stay here. Their office staff is disrespectful and enjoying rolling their eyes and lieing to people. They ignore your calls and it's just not worth it for a Medicore apartment building. Moreover, If you live there you will wait months and months for repairs, mold, floor, bathroom. And if you continue to call the Leasing rep will act like she forgot all about it. She is very unprofessional along with her 'manager' and I have yet to here residents

What can I say about the Terraces? Not much since I haven't had the privilege being a tenant. This place is horrible when it comes to costumer service. I got on the waiting list two times (2010, and 2012), and the list got lost every time they changed managers. The fact that I've been waiting half a decade I should be first on the list. I've been contemplating about writing a letter of complaint, because this is beyond ridiculous.

This place is terrible. The construction of these buildings is a joke. They were built on a very cheap budget by insanely cheap people. They are over priced and once you move in you are committed. Watch out for leaks if it rains. It's built on a hill that is still eroding. Mud everywhere when it rains. Management is not tenant friendly and rent increases are common place. They will find ways to gouge you wherever they can.

Unless you want to be watched all the time and pay for every need that an apartment should supply for you "DON'T MOVE HERE". All units are 2b/2b which and have personal garages yet you are only allocated one parking spot and if you want an additional parking (a garage) its an extra $100/month and for the larger garages its $150/month. I did my research and this complex use to be a leasing complex which these garages were apart of and now they charge you. There are only 10 visitor stalls which means if you have 2 or more cars you are forced to pay/get a garage.
