Don't EVER USE this company. I had to cancel travel and they WILL NOT refund my money AS THEIR WEBSITE SAYS THEY WILL. I followed their instructions on how to cancel and get refund. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER PHONES OR EMAILS. I'm going to get a lawyer because of principle not the money. They are a ripoff, crooked and liars.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -- SKETCHY --I used this company a year ago (early 2019) and they kept my CC info on file (including the CVV code) and CHARGED me again MARCH 16 2020, right after the stay at home order (while I stayed at home)! I have stayed at home, I have traveled anywhere and I did NOT USE THEIR SERVICE and they will no longer return phone calls or provide the refund. The guy that answered the phone a month ago said to dispute the charge, THEN they DISPUTED the dispute and sent in the RECEIPT!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I HAVE NOT USED YOUR SVC IN A YEAR!! Horrible-Dishonest-Thieves
I contracted with them for a bachelorette party for a point to point service. I was emailed a quote for $241. I accepted and paid them by credit card. AS SOON AS THE PAYMENT CLEARED they called me and told me it would actually be $445 for the service. Of course, I refused the service at almost twice the price. They said no problem, we will refund your money and I received an email from Sam, the manager stating that the refund would show on my statement in a few days. It is now over one month later and still no refund. I have a dispute in with my credit card company.

HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST!

Booked with them over the phone and advised we might have to cancel because of weather and I would call them as soon as I found out. There was a cancellation and BWI Limo Service was advised and took no issue with it; however, they chose to charge us anyway including the tip. Since they won't return phone calls we had to file a dispute with our bank. But this company decided to fight the dispute by lying, stating they advised us about a 24/hour cancellation notice and there are no changes or refunds.

We have recordings of all of the phone conversations with them

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Will never use this company ever and will make sure to tell everyone in the DC area that I know never to use them. I booked a car for my boss and on the day of the pick up I called 3 hours prior to cancel. I spoke to Sam and he said he would cancel it. I later received an email that my car was on it's way. I called back and spoke to Sam and told him we had spoken hours prior and we canceled it. He said just to ignore it that everything was good. AVOID THIS COMPANY

We contracted them for my wedding months in advance. We booked two limos for two separate locations and was assured several times that everything was set. No limo picked up the groom and groomsman in time for the ceremony, they were meant to arrive at 12:00 p.m. and at 12:30 they limo was still not there and we were not given a number for the driver. The driver of the other limo said that that limo "was getting water" which is why they were late, but there was no phone call or communication.

Both limos were at church after the ceremony, both vehicles were an embarrassment

We contracted with BWI Limousine Service to take us to BWI from Gaithersburg at 2am 2/28/2019. It happened that snow began that night at midnight and worsened during the trip. The driver handled the conditions with no sign of stress or anxiety. We arrived on time and I was glad that he was driving instead of me (I did give him an extra $20 tip in addition to the tip that was included in the price).

On the return trip we had to cancel our initial reservation due to health issues and arranged to take a flight a few days earlier. I made the arrangements, I believe, by email where I requested a pick
