I've always had very positive experience with this company, very punctual and clean vehicles with great customer service. The amazing part is the fact that, they knew the exact time for return flight arrived at BWI airport and the driver was at the curbside waiting as i walked outside. Not sure what else i could ask for.....

I can’t imagine a better airport drop off and pick up for a family vacation. Prince, our driver was waiting for us and ready to go at both drop off and pick up. He assisted us with loading our large amount of baggage.
The car was very clean, comfortable, and roomy. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

These guys are great, I can schedule in advance, they are always on time and very professional. Courteous customer service and good communications with the driver (calling or texting for easy pick up). I usually go from Baltimore City to Dulles. Really nice cars and cheaper than other car services I've used.

I travel about 80% for my job and and have used Columbia cab for about three years. They are ALWAYS on time or early. A few times I had to use a flashlight to signal them across the street in a parking lot to let them know that I was ready. Clean vehicle and pleasant conversation If you desire. I used them to take my wife, daughter, and grandson on an overseas trip, and they were surprised when I asked the driver if he enjoyed his travel back to his homeland. Which we talked about on a previous trip.
