I recommend Jamie Mc Donnell at Theory as a realtor who is communicative, direct, calm in moments of chaos, and tenacious. She guided our family through a roller-coaster experience of selling our first ever home -- a process during which we had several eager buyers suddenly back out (one just two days from closing!). Throughout it all, Jamie maintained her composure, walked us through options, patiently answering our naive questions. The Theory team is absolutely wonderful. As a first time home buyer, I required a ton of hand holding, and had all my questions/concerns handled quickly and easily. Austin and Jordyn always made time to show me houses and assist in my home search, whether it was evenings during the week or mornings on the weekend. They assisted me in shopping for a mortgage as well as insurance, and made it as easy as possible for me to prepare to make an offer. Where should I begin! The Theory Team was fabulous! I started looking for a house in April 2021 with the help of Austin Miller and Robin Nichols.
