THE SIGN CLEARLY SAYS 1 DOLLAR PER POUND BUT WHEN I GO INSIDE THIS SHORT OLD LADY GONE TELL ME BEHIND THE COUNTER THAT ITA 1.50 PER POUND . THE TIME BEFORE THAT THE SAME LADY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 5 DOLLARS EXTRA FOR DROP OFF SERVICE. EITHER YOU TO PAY THE EMPLOYEES MORE MONEY , SO THEY CAN STOP TRYING TO ROB CUSTOMERS OR BE CLEAR ON WHAT YOUR PRICING AND POLICY IS.

Terrible service I dropped my clothes off to be washed and folded and came back the next day my clothes was not folded after I paid for the services. I addressed the lady that was there she then act like she was sick and ran to the bathroom and never returned I would never recommend this spot they need to shutdown the worker basically took

The WORST customer service! Lady literally told me the place close at 9 and I’m here to get my clothes at 8:45 and the place is locked up, lights off and no one around. Everytime I come here they constantly asking how much I have and reminding me of the closing hours. If you want to close at 8 then just change the location hours. That simple!!!!

When I first came here I had a great experience but since then, the service has seriously declined. The started to close early on random days, and open up to 1-2 hours later, BEFORE THE VIRUS OUTBREAK. On occasion I have to wait for someone to help me and the attitude of some of the staff is appalling. Will not return.

This would have been my first time coming to this laundromat, but for some reason they had the doors locked at 7:45pm when i arrived Monday evening, although the sign states they should have been opened until 9pm... I only had to dry 2 loads of clothes that I washed at home!!!! I had to Load all of my wet clothes back into my car and go to another laundromat that actually honors their listed business hours!!!!!

I am a business traveler &I often look for laundry services when I am on the road for multiple weeks at a time. This had 4.4 reviews &is 5 minutes from the airport hotels. It is clean and bright with good machines. There was a little table for me to set up my pc to work. Sherry the manager set me up on their wifi and was incredibly friendly, providing me hangers for the few items i didn't want to put in the dryer. I highly recommend for the business traveler who doesn't want to pay hotel laundry service pricing.

Ms. Sherry, the manager, offered me excellent service. The experience and ambiance was cool like an early morning Georgia breeze in Spring.
She taught me the correct way to fold fitted sheets and bath towels. I feel like you can always learn something new anywhere.
She’s truly a powerhouse as she cleans the windows outside, she cleans/organizes the bathrooms, and will even wash and fold your laundry for a fee.
Don’t want to give you everything nor do I want to make this review any longer, so come by and check out.
