My fiance and I got in contact with Elichai about working with him for our wedding bands. We met in Montana and wanted to use a Montana artist and Montana sapphires, and once we met with and talked with Elichai, we knew almost right away that he was the right person for what we wanted. He designed a custom band for me to contour around my engagement ring and took a family ring of my fiancé's and replaced the stone and setting. Elichai was extremely easy to work with from the start. My soon to be fiancé and I were referred to Elichai by my brother whom had worked with him for his engagement ring. He was very responsive and open to suggestions that we had while adding in expertise/advise of his own. The final product for the engagement ring and 2 wedding bands were spectacular and all we had planned for! He has custom designs that are unique to his own make. I have seen much jewelry art in my lifetime, but Elichai's work is extraordinarily special. I don't know if he can even charge for the time and expertise he puts into his very unique work. I have a sister in law who is an artist. The detail Elichai puts into his pieces, make every piece very special. I was blown away when I actually got a tour. It's just enjoyable to look at all his "art" here on fb, and his website. I feel special and privileged to be able to own a piece of his artwork.

We've had an amazing experience with Elichai and his staff. The ring he designed and created is stunning. I was astonished his ability to recreate what we envisioned from really vague descriptions. Super personable and easy to work with. He is easy to get in with here in Billings and they even accommodated an appointment for me outside business hours to choose gemstones.

Yes, I've been an awful customer. From 1000 ft away any jeweler can see that I am not the target demographic, and all I will ever need is maintenance on my current jewelry. I will never need another custom piece of jewelry, and that is all Elichai does. On and off I've been in touch with the owner over the past 5 years, and although it's been painfully obvious that a relationship with me will result in zero sales, he has been nothing but giving of his time and expertise.
