I have consistently had a really good pizza from here. The crust is just the way I love it and remember it from Italy. I believe someone told me that they even order all of their ingredients straight from Italy which also helps those who have some gluten issues. If I had one complaint it would just be the portion sizes of the toppings and meat that you get on top of salads. But when it comes to pizza, I don't think anybody does it much better in Gig Harbor.

Fondi is a great place, offers options for everyone and tastes amazing no doubt! But I gave it 3 stars because they sell a "gluten free hand toss" pizza that's rolled in flour?! What is the point of going though the process of making a gluten free dough that you later roll in regular flour... as someone who is intolerant makes it feel like as a customer they are not taking peoples allergies seriously. Definitely don't eat this pizza if you are celiac but it still affects you if you are intolerant since they roll it is regular flour... Fondi if you read this please consider making

Great pizza! We ordered out and really enjoyed this pizza at home. Soft thin crust just how I like it. (My hubby would have preferred his crust crispier so next time I'll request) The toppings are very fresh and you have to try their bread sticks with fresh mozzarella and marinara sauce! You won't be disappointed with this pizza!

Family Friendly Fondi Pizzeria!!! From start to finish, the dining experience was simply pleasant, an enjoyable evening. Staff, starting with the greeter/host to the waiters and waitresses were professional and courteous, adding to the overall good time had. The dishes were spectacular, yes they're simples like pizza, pannini and bruschetta, but they're tasty and done well. The young ones really like it here, particularly because they get gelato after their meal and oh by the way, no additional charge. Big shouts to Justin and Zack, terrific young men, great service provided, as mentioned above

Probably best in Gig Harbor. I consistently get really good pizza. It's best eaten there or right away since it's wood fired, otherwise I recommend giving another heat on a pan when you get home to quickly crisp up again. My favorite is the Margherita pizza. It's so simple yet done so well. Tomatoes taste fresh, just the right amount of mozzarella, and I like that they add shreds of basil so I get some with each bite. Friendly service too.

Chris is so accommodating preparing creative vegan flatbread pizzas for me.
My absolute favorite the white bean spread loaded with garlic served with out of the oven wonderful flat bread. There is enough for two but just can't share - you just have to get your own! The staff is so nice and helpful. Love going there

Great experience. Went there this week with a group of 9 friends. We chose to sit outdoors under the tent. My wife and I split a pizza and we each had a salad. Our food arrived in a timely manner and everyone was served at the same time. Our food was excellent and I didn't hear any complaints from the others. The servers were attentive and when the time came to pay were very efficient. We'll go back soon.
( as an aside: in comparison to the ratings for one or two of the restaurants listed for Gig Harbor as 4 stars, Fondi's should be an 8)

I dont live in Gig Harbor but when I'm in this Pavillion area I always eat here. The pizza is thin and fresh, the tomato soup is great and the salads are dressed really well! I mean what more do you need? Also they now offer quick lunch specials!! I always forget how good this place is cuz I normally gravitate towards Asian cuisine but then I eat here and have the best meal.
Service is quick, food arrives quick, you order when you enter and seat yourself. The space is wide open and the interior is super cute. I love thin crust pizzas and they cook with a brick oven. It's just wonderful

My friend wanted pizza and offered to buy. We came in here. Neither of us had been here before. This place is nowhere near where either of us live. Disappointed and won't bother going back.
Ordering at the counter like being at a Panera took us off guard. Sat down at some really uncomfortable, worn out wooden chairs. We each had ordered a pizza as the only size is a small-mediumish, one person pizza. At the tune of $20 each, we were both taken aback by the lack of toppings and flavor. My friend's dough wasn't cooked long enough in their oven while mine was burnt and sure tasted

I haven't been here in years... We came in.. got stared at a little.. idk there isn't a lot of brown people that look like us in gig harbor.. we sat at the bar.. our bartender had great service!.. we've been plant based lately.. so we got the vegetariano pizza.. the tomato soup was sooooooooo delicious.. and the bruschetta.. which was like a pizza all on its own.. everything hit the spot.. and spent less than 40 bucks...great place to grab lunch!.

This place is amazing. I walked in and I was greeted by multiple friendly staff members who gave me multiple recommendations. I ordered the Insalata Verde and I was VERY impressed. Everything in the salad was fresh and colorful. Our waiter (Josh B) was one of the most polite human beings I have ever met. He came and refilled our waters whenever we needed him to, was very nice about splitting the check for us, and was easy to talk to.
I am looking forward to going back to this establishment again soon. Overall, service was phenomenal, food was great, and the appearance was perfect for this style
