Alex is a real breath of fresh air! He is great with his customers, does what he says he is going to do and shows up when he says he will be there. It's very convenient to have him come to you! I had dropped my iPhone 6s plus and broke my screen. He had the correct parts on hand and replaced the screen in about 30 minutes, at my location! Completely trustworthy. Victor was in the process of replacing my screen when somehow things went wrong and the phone could no longer display anything on the screen, despite a handful of attempted fixes. Victor made things right by giving me a new (or possibly refurbished) iPhone 6S, since mine was no longer operable, at no additional cost. He does business the right way and took a financial hit to remedy an unfortunate situation. Much appreciated!

VIctor met me near my hotel when I was traveling through Spokane and had my iPhone 6 screen replaced in 20 minutes. He really knew what he was doing and was fun to watch. After running a couple of tests to make sure everything was working and installing a piece of tempered glass we were both on our way. He even offered me a phone case, though I already had one. All for just $85.
His service is a great value and he's a very nice guy as well. 5 stars all the way.

I would recommend getting your screen replaced with him. Very knowledgeable with iPhones and seems to know exactly what he is doing. He showed me few bolts and other issues that the last repair apparently left undone. I also had an issue with my front camera and got a new working one put on in no time. He did a great job and fixed everything while repairing my screen.
