I have been doing mobile iPhone repairs and iPad repairs, as well as smartphone and tablet repairs in the Greater Spokane and North Idaho area since the summer of 2011. In November of 2016 I opened Spokane Smartphone Solutions, a brick and mortar location for added customer convenience. In addition to the continued convenience of mobile service to better meet out customers changing needs.

Spokane Smartphone Solutions is located in the Spokane Valley, inside the Yoke's Fresh Market at Argonne Village. This has proven to be a good move as we have been able to serve more customers in the area with quality, and timely service.

I was having issues with my iPhone 7. I called for a repair and it needed to go through apple ... However he showed me a great work around that gave me functionality on my phone again.. Amazing service. I highly recommend this business!!!

My experience: I contacted Sean on June 11th about getting my battery changed and the charging port repair. Due to my work and an up coming vacation I could get to his shop until July 15th. On July 15th I stop by the shop and talk to the young lady about getting the repairs done on my iPhone 7 +. Obviously they didn’t have the parts on site and they needed to be ordered. I was required to place a $30 (+tax) deposit for the two parts. I told the young lady I would be leaving town on the 16th and returning on the 21st. She told me that should be plenty of time to get the parts and they would call

I had the screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy s9+. He was comparable with his prices to other repair shops in Spokane. I waited for approx. 20 minutes and the work done very well. No problems and I would definitely recommend to other people.

Once again, Shawn is the Hero!!! Rather than spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone, my iphone had a blemish on the screen, the battery wasn't holding a charge. Frustrated, I called Shawn and expressed my concerns. He got me in same day and took care of all of my problems in 15 minutes, in an affordable way. Thank you, Shawn! You are amazing and have saved me hundreds of dollars!
