Dr. Chin is such a wonderful doctor to visit for your aesthetic needs. His calm, kind chairside manner and extremely gentle touch are incomparable to any other practitioner that I have ever gone to in the several years since I began getting Botox etc. He really IS the best. The atmosphere at Ohana is so very nice ( and super clean !) and much of that is attributed not only to Dr . Chin but to his office manager , Cheryl who is so very professional, soft spoken and kind just like him . His fees are also very very reasonable and he does not “ push “ treatment on you . My friends gave me a gift certificate for my wedding and I decided to go for a hydrafacial with Karen. Front desk Cheryl was so friendly and helpful. Even though Karen was super booked for the rest of the month, the both of them were angels for squeezing me in just for my wedding day. Thank you for the beautiful glow, Karen! Dr.Chin and his office is great. However, the laser treatment wasn't working for me after 5/6 sessions. It took me years to realize on my own that I had a hormonal disorder that would not allow the laser treatment to work without doing a combination of drug treatment + laser hair removal.
Looking back on my experience, I'm upset that he didn't say anything. Especially after I complained that the laser treatment wasn't working. I have the physical characteristics of someone who would have this disorder and he is a MD who should have recognized this and suggested I get tested before continuing with

Dr.Chin and his wonderful assistant Cheryl made the experience professional and easy. The consultation answered many of my questions and the end results...no more age spots. I will be visiting again for facials, etc. I highly recommend them and Dr.Chin was highly recommended to me by my dermatologist. Very satisfied customer.

I was referred to Ohana Medical Spa by a friend of a friend and I could not be happier with my visit. As soon as I called I was greeted by a friendly voice who was SO informative and helpful. It was no different when I went in for my consultation. Darren was very informative and had answers to all of my questions. I was able to do the 2 treatments I was going to for during the same appointment, which as an added bonus. Now 2 weeks out, I am SO happy with the results and the healing time was much less than I expected. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended them to a few people

I made several visits to Ohana this year. Dr. Chin is the most calm, easy-mannered and soothing practitioner I've ever met. It's always such a pleasure to go there. The services provided were amazing and did wonders to lift my spirits. That means, the results were visible and satisfactory. :) The entire place is spotless from the front door to the treatment rooms, with a beautiful spa environment to coax the mood into peaceful relaxation. Signs of attentiveness and care abound in all aspects of the treatment experience. I will continue my services here in the coming years as needed.
