Daniella and the staff at downtown med spa are the best! I’ve been going there for laser hair removal and it’s the best decision and money I’ve spent. I came to Downtown MedSpa for a consultation on tattoo laser removal with the impression that I might have to pay individually for the tattoo I want to remove. I have three in total (about 5-7 years old) and was thinking that if the price is too high then maybe I will just remove one tattoo. That was not the case! I was able to do the tattoo laser removal on all three tattoos (thigh, chest and back) for the Large package price. That’s insane. Marietta is a kind, informative, and professional specialist. I absolutely love Downtown Medspa. it's a one-stop shop for all my beauty needs. The owner, Marietta, is so personable & makes you feel comfortable no matter what service you choose - including my laser tattoo removal! Professional, clean and very effective! I went to Downtown Medspa for microneedling (a series of treatments over the course of a few months), and I am very pleased with the results. I brought my mother here to remove her dark spots. They recommended a procedure that would take three treatments. After the second treatment and a complimentary (recommended by Marietta) microdermabrasion, my mother's face was SO MUCH WORSE THAN WHEN SHE CAME IN. I found this place after going to different places and was not happy. I frequent their facials and I was sold after my first experience and I have been going here since, that was 3 years ago. My skin is always… glowing and looks so youthful after my facials. I purchased their face products as well and couldn't be more happy with the quality and results. I had been to 3 other laser hair removal locations before I went to Downtown Medspa, and I've never had such quick (and long-lasting) results and as pleasant of an experience as the one I've had with Marietta. And trust me-- I've got crazy thick/curly/dark hair that I didn't think I would EVER manage to get rid of!

AVOID! I had bought a groupon for microdermabrasion as I had clogged pores and wanted to clear them up. I got the microdermabrasion treatment and it made ZERO difference in my skin. The esthetician told me that I needed a peel and that would work better for my skin type. I ended up a package of peels because it seemed like a decent deal. Once I got the first peel I was told to buy a very strong sunblock as it is necessary after a peel. They suggested I buy the brand they sell which was about $50..I have oily skin and generally most sunblocks are very heavy for me. They of course told me this would

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed because I received a free coupon. When I walked in I was very confused because it looked like a doctor's office. It was crowded, busy, and chaotic. As far as the eyebrows, they came out kind of uneven with stray hairs left underneath. I was not really happy with them.

I wanted to rave about my recent vacation to Punta Cana. Not because of the beautiful weather but because I was able to go the entire week without shaving my legs! I normally shave my legs daily (I could actually do it twice if it's really cold!) so to not even have to pack a razor on vacation was an amazing feeling!
