I'm not one to give many 5 star reviews but this place definitely gets one from me. I've had there service for over 2 years and never had a problem. They sent over someone today to help me with a problem because I needed help moving the router too a new location in my place. Not only was the problem fixed but he was helpful the whole time. Thanks for the help!!!

I’ve unfortunately been forced to be a digital connections customer as my roommate is the one who pays for internet (I pay for electric) and since Day 1, I have had issues, the signal always drops, we only have 2 devices connected, at most 4 when we were to have guests and the speed drops. To make matters worse, My internet all but disappears during finals week so twice a year, during some of the most stressful periods of my academic career, I can’t access course material or any other resource like google scholar. I honestly urge you to skip over them even if your landlord says he can get you

I got my internet service from the landlord, provided by this company. It takes them 1 week and 4 days to install the ADSL modem to my apartment, and there's connection issue since the 2nd day I start using their service.
That explains why they go for the landlord and "free internet" service. If any one is thinking about get a internet service from them for 59.99 a month, think twice.
