Maple Springs Campground

Love this place! Great owners, beautiful river, trails, and literally less than 5 minutes from the State Park. Pretty quiet at night, too. You can nab a spot right by the river! My only complaint is to shut off the blaring light near the bathrooms/vending machine, and give a warning that some of the water hook ups are placed past a normal hose reach. It was an easy fix, we just filled our tank and we were good for the weekend. I think they will also borrow a hose if needed.. We will 100% be back every year!

There’s a new owner who’s been in charge for 5yrs now. So all the one star reviews do not, in fact, reflect on him whatsoever!! Super outgoing and just over the top customer service and care!! And the grounds...my gosh the grounds are just splendid. Backed up to a beautiful quaint little trout stream. Quite, secluded, and off the beaten path this place has all the views one could ever wish!

Clean and well maintained. Such a cute campground and a nice little shower house with I think a usable kitchenette but I didn't need that part. Just pick a spot away from the outhouse pew hahaha Very quiet here and I felt safer than other places having my kids out because traffic is enforced to be SLOW. Great job Andy! He was super helpful with everything we ended up needing help with.

Very nice campground. Was super full when we went but was nice people running it. We had a nice spot by creek. But the spot was really crowded. Not much space between campers. The walk to cave on creek was super cool. And near by state park was nice but cave was closed so couldnt tour it. But was peaceful and good experience.

Absolutely wonderful campground! When we booked this campground we just wanted to be in the area, have electricity and some water. We got a lot more than that! For starters Andy the owner is one of the hardest working people i've ever met...fact. He does everything to make you feel comfortable. That too is also worth mentioning. He's the new owner. The only bad reviews this place has ever got is not due to him. They have showers now, super nice, very clean. A little quirky entrance but Andy is awesome so no biggie. We found Maple Springs by recommendation from a state park since their tent camp sites were all booked. We landed on a gem and had a great time. Owners are exceptional and very friendly. Campsites and restrooms are well maintained and clean. We will 100% be back.

Was on the way home to GA from WY with our horses on Labor Day weekend. Short notice, needed a place to lay over a few days, they were full, but the owners accommodated us! It was a beautiful place and close enough to ride to the Forestville S.P. trails nearby. We really appreciated their hospitality!!

I love this little campground. My wife and I have camped there several times. My buddy and I get a day pass to park on the campground several times a year and fish the adjacent creek, one of our favorites in the region. It is a quiet campground and the tent sites are far away from the road and very quiet. I've read the other reviews about the rules and the owners being 'too strict'. Their rules and 10mph speed limit are pretty standard for any campground and not out of line. They have always been courteous to my wife and I and my friends. They care about their campground and campers looking for
