After 18 years we decided to replace our hot water heater. I contacted ScottyBoys plumbing and after a few emails and pictures back and forth I was quoted a price. I had already received quotes from other companies and ScottyBoys was the least expensive for a quality water heater with a 10 year warranty.
On the day of installation the owner Scott was unaware the location of the heater was on the second floor, up a narrow carpeted stairway. In no time Scott and his assistant Anthony had the new heater up the stairs and the old one out. I was totally impressed how neat and clean the job was done

Ok so it's been a while now since they came and fixed my kitchen drain. I originally waited because in the past I was fooled and rated too quick only to be disappointed. Now, truth be told I simply forgot. What reminded me was my daughter now needs a plumber and I wouldn't trust her to anyone but these guys. Awesome work, above and beyond. Even took care of a problem that was years old and did not charge me for it. Honest, truthful and craftsmanship of years gone past. He may not remember my little kitchen drain issue in Medford but I would not forgive myself if I didn't write

From demo to completion, Scott did an amazing job plumbing two bathrooms for me, he is work is very clean and spot on. Every decision that needed to be made he was right there with us to offer his expert opinion, great customer service!! I called 4 plumbers and he was by far the best. So glad we went with him. I will most definitely use him again, no need to shop around anymore.

I've been using his services for many years. When you own a home you know there's always crap that has to be fixed.
Sometimes you wait until it absolutely HAS to be fixed. This was one of those times. I had an annoying leaky faucet in my shower. It's been leaking awhile but it was getting worse.
Made a phone call & made an appointment that was convenient for me. He came by & replaced my leaky faucet with new parts. Funny thing is, it was not working for so long I forgot how cool it looked when it was working properly.
I love my party shower! And I love the quality service
