Sampson Plumbing has collectively over 40 years experience. Joe began his general contracting and plumbing career in his early 20's and landed a position at Kennedy Plumbing and Heating, who has been in business for 46 years. They sent 3 pros to take out my ancient heater and install a new one. Very professional and they finished in less than a day. They also fixed a cracked pipe I had in the attic. Highly recommended.

I called the office at 8am because I had a pipe that was leaking. They were not only polite and professional but someone showed up at 10am and expeditiously fixed the leak and a very fair price. Recently I had my really old oil fired boiler removed by Joe's crew. After getting a very high quote from another company, I reached out to Joe instead. He gave me a very reasonable price after going through some details. He was prompt, professional and straight forward and he inspected what had to be done just 3 days after my phone call. Two gentlemen on Joe's team arrived on time and they gone it done, no problems. I was impressed by their work. The plumbing itself looked great, and the work area was clean. I know it's a messy job! I appreciate the hard work and integrity of Joe and his crew

Changing over to Natural gas, from oil and propane. They were very professional and very very clean. Covered everything including the rug, I did not have to clean anything when they left. Also they were very respectful, I would highly recommend this company. The owner was only a phone call away and answered all my questions, thanks Joe. He also came out a day or two later and wanted to check to see the job the guys did and also if we had any questions. The women in the office was also a pleasure to talk to she was very helpful and made sure we knew everything that was going to happen.

Hot water pipe burst in our slab foundation during the pandemic. Joe and his crew came to our home respectful of our home and our health. Found the leak in no time at all and had the problem solved and repaired within record time. Tarps and clean up left my home in the condition they found it with the exception of the need for a new floor as a result of the leak. Prompt and skillful service!!!

Joe and company did an oil to gas conversion for us. Their price was lower than quotes we got from other companies and they took care of everything from A-Z.
It was a seamless process for us as Jaime handled everything from dealing with permits to scheduling the different processes with the utility company, town inspections, and decommissioning our old in-ground oil tank. Full conversion was done in two days as scheduled and quality of workmanship was topnotch. The guys cleaned up after themselves and were really pleasant mannered and our 3 yr old twins really liked having them around.

I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with them. A simple hot water heater pump breaking down ended up being a full oil to gas conversion. I didn't feel pressured at all. Jaime was amazing. She calmed my nerves from the beginning knowing I didn't want the expense. I asked sooo many questions and called so often and didn't feel like I was a bother. Joe explained every detail of the process and was empathetic to our situation. The workmanship on conversion day was pristine. They prepped and cleaned up so nicely you couldn't tell there were about 7 men

Scott and Tom came to my house because a pipe burst under the slab. These guys were great! So respectful of my home and did everything they could to make sure the job was done right. I HIGHLY recommend them. I was able to schedule a same appointment and was in contact communication with the company as to their arrival time. They are my first call going forward!
