My drivers are always respectful, polite, and prompt. They don't drive carelessly. They deliver items to your door if needed. I even had a driver offer me a cold bottle of water and a paper towel when they saw me a little over heated. Ill always use Rocky's Ride. My driver Paul was very helpful he was very informative and offered a few places that we might enjoy eating on our vacation.

I ordered a taxi a day ahead for a trip to the airport last Monday. The driver showed up over 20 minutes late and was very nonchalant about it. She also said it “didn’t help that dispatch kept calling to ask where she was.” The trip to the airport should have been 17 minutes but she missed the turn when we came off the bridge from Lido and had to go through downtown Sarasota. The driver said she did it to save time by avoiding the round about. We ended up adding 12 minutes to the ride and still hit all of the roundabouts! We almost missed our flight because of the driver and she continued

Driver was very rude and disrespectful...was told it's a one hour wait..it was a two hour wait with no follow up call... was very over priced fifteen dollars for a less than ten minute ride at two point seven miles...driver requested a tip and acted offended when I refused tip.. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER

They will tell you they are 5-10 minutes away and leaving you waiting for over an hour. They can't even find the address and they have GPS. Rude, crazy drivers who are probably high on something. Told me they would be there in 20 minutes I called at 18 minutes just to check their ETA and they said it had not been 20 minutes. Called them 15 minutes later and they said they didn't even know what I was taking about and I had to wait another hour. I would rather walk in the rain than ever use them again!!

Had my workers use this service three times. Dispatcher asks personal questions like "Why do you need a ride?", "Why do you need to go there?". It's none of the dispatchers business where their customers are going. All three days using the service, the ride has not arrived on time. Rocky's is always late, making the workers who used their service late as well.

Always literally like 5 or 10 minutes away as a wait time to be picked up and their drivers are very professional and courteous the cars are clean on the inside at least and I never really had a bad experience with them so I can't complain. I didn't give them five stars because the outside of the cars could use some freshening up but I know times are tight and money is definitely not falling off a trees right now so good job Rockies ride I will continue to refer you to people from here on out!
