They picked us up from the airport and took us to our rental; we felt safe in the drive there. The driver was kind and was on time. When it was time to go home, the driver was there on the dot at 9 AM to take us back to the airport. This driver was also kind and a safe driver. I would use ALD Limo's services again if I am ever in the Florida area. We stayed on Anna Marie Island, and they drove us from Sarasota airport and back to the airport again when our long weekend was over.

The driver was nasty and aggressive. He refused to wear his mask multiple times. We were uncomfortable and opened windows which he closed. He was angry that I inquired about his choosing the wrong route to our house and threatened to leave us on the street with our luggage. He finally recognized the dispatcher gave him the WRONG destination that I was trying to correct, but then challenged our medical know how -we are BOTH MDs.
He again threatened to leave us in the street with our luggage.

We used ALD Limo to take us from our house in Lakewood Ranch to Tampa Airport. We typically take an Uber but Uber's are hard to get nowadays and rather expensive, so we went with ALD Limo instead.
It was a GREAT experience. Jorge was our driver and he was wonderful. He arrived 15-min early, was very professional, drove safely, and demonstrated appropriate COVID-precautions.
For cost breakdown, a small car on Uber from our house to TPA is typically ~$120-130. A huge SUV (Yukon Denali XL) from ALD Limo was ~$138 + $30 tip. While it is slightly more expensive, it's TOTALLY worth it for

We had a horrible experience with ALD Limo in July (2018). My wife was flying in with our 1-year old daughter into Tampa and needed transportation to Sarasota. I requested a quote and specified that we need to meet in luggage area and car has to have an installed car seat. The day of the flight I called to confirm that the car will have an installed car seat and was assured that it will. She arrived and was met, but the car seat wasn't installed. The guy said he has no idea how to do it. So, with a one year old in her arms my wife had to install the car seat. Only to discover that it was broken

Where do I begin. I was looking for a reputable car service and found ALD limo. I ordered my ride 4 days before my departing flight. I was staying outside the city - 45 min away. I specifically ordered the car service to arrive so i would have enough time at the airport, not running or rushing. The day and time arrives, no car. 40 minutes passed and started to panic, because I wouldn't make my flight. I had to call last minute cab to fly not drive to the airport. I got to the airport and if I arrived 5-10 min later, I would have missed my flight. I ran the entire way...even through security

This was a complete screw up! I emailed to reserve a car to pick us up at SRQ at 5:55 PM on April 2nd. They called the day before to confirm and all seemed good. At 5:48 on the 2nd as we were getting off the plane, I received a message from ALD's office that the cab would be 15 minutes late. At 6:15 I called ALD to find out where the hell my cab was and was told it was still 12 minutes away!!! Finally, at 6:27 the cab arrived. Over half an hour late, making us a half hour late for a dinner engagement. So why did I bother making a reservation? Why were they a half hour late showing up? Why

I've used ALD twice now to get my 85 year old mother to and from the airport in Tampa when she visits my uncle. Their service is above and beyond what I had hoped, and her experience has been totally stress free, which is not always the case when traveling. Also, their pricing is very reasonable especially considering the level of professionalism and courtesy from both drivers (arriving and departing)

Have used ALD 5 times?.. I no longer use Uber for airport runs...the pricing is close and they do so much more.... a confirmation call the night before, a person meeting you at baggage and yes... help with your baggage. No need to call for an Uber...they are waiting there...really lovely.

We travel to Sarasota four times a year and fly into Tampa. Over the past twenty years we have used different car services or rented cars to bring us back and forth. This year I discovered ALD Limo! The drivers (thank you Eamonn) are professional, the cars first class, and the price fare. We will definitely be using them for our future trips. I would recommend without hesitation.
