The breakfasts were amazing! Lovely snowshoe trails with LaCrosse bluffs nearby. Cozy cabin was delightful. The hostess was friendly and accommodating. We would love to return in the fall to see color. It was lovely to warm up in the whirlpool after a chilly hike. The gas fireplace was warm and wonderful. The only suggestions I have, and they are small, are that it would be nice to have a door on the bathroom (it was a curtain, as advertised) and that it would be nice if guests could self-serve coffee if they wished in the mornings. Otherwise, everything was delightful, from the birds to the llamas

This place is fantastic! I went with my dog Maddie and we had a blast. The rooms are beautiful, but most important cozy! When I got there they had the fireplace going, and it was so welcoming. Beds were amazing, and I slept like a log! Maddie and I snowshoed, I relaxed in the jacuzzi tub, went into Sparta were there are many dog friendly establishments, and I signed up for a vision board workshop. I loved it and Dawn Justin made the workshop so fun!! Last but not least the food was amazing!!! I would recommend this place for singles, couples and families!! I give it 5 stars!!

This place is a rare find! It is rare to find a place you can consider your home away from home. Never had I found a place that you feel like a family member visiting. My wife, my daughter and even our dog enjoyed everything that Justin Trails Resort had to offer. Whether you’re looking for a quiet peaceful get-away or looking for adventure. You will find it at Justin Trails Resort. I had never cross-country Skied before, Donna taught me how. Our daughter was curious about the llamas, Donna brought us in to meet the llamas. Dawn did a great job teaching us about the history of the area and really

Honestly, it's a wonderful place with awesome views. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We stayed in the Little house on the prairie cabin. The hot tub was nice but the ladder might be a little much of an obstacle if you plan on downing a few bottles of wine while in the hot tub. It did include fresh breakfast every morning from locally sourced ingredients.
The cons... the cabin is on the small side but that's not too bad. Even though it is quite charming and would make a wonderful place to visit year round, it doesn't make for the ideal setting during a wet and damp fall trip. So I would plan

Donna and family were fantastic hosts! We stayed Thanksgiving week in the "Little House on the Prairie" cabin. The bed was extremely comfortable and the fireplace was perfect for keeping the cabin warm during the cold nights. The fireplace came with a thermostat as well so we had full control of what temperature to keep it at. The cabin was exactly as advertised and we were met with no unexpected surprises. Donna's breakfasts were delicious and the perfect start to the day. All of her homemade muffins were amazing as well! Donna was very kind and both my husband and I really enjoyed talking to

A rustic getaway from our crazy world! Quaint cabins with a cozy feel for a couples retreat. They offer Acres of hiking trails and even a challenging champion disc golf course! The barn offers a beautiful space for wedding receptions as well. A definite must try!

Donna and Don are the most gracious hosts and have worked very hard to take care of the land that has been in their family for generations so that they can share its beauty with the rest of us. We hiked all the trails after starting our day with a delicious breakfast put together by Donna and Cody (mmm...mango french toast!) The Cottage where we stayed had an electric fireplace to keep us warm during our late-October visit, a two-person hot tub, warm robes, plus a full-sized refrigerator and just-right-sized kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, the ceiling fan kept the temperature even, and the

We stayed there in August & September 2021. A real escape from our hectic world. The surroundings are so tranquil, a very peaceful setting. All of the accommodations are very tastefully done and are very comfortable. Don & Donna are such welcoming hosts. There is something for everyone to do. The breakfast was so nutritious and delicious. We would highly recommend Justin Trails to everyone.

Spent an evening in the presidential suite with my wife for our first year anniversary and this place is simply magical. Beautiful scenery, quiet location, and a very friendly place for dogs. Was able to hike some of the trails and this is honestly one of the best spots to enjoy nature. Will definitely come back with family and take advantage of the beautiful area. Donna and Don were so kind and gave us a tour of the area and met fellow travelers on our stay. Highly recommend!
