Pleasant Valley Log Cabins
Come and hike the hills and valleys of Wisconsin, enjoy a warm crackling fire, a good book and just relax or maybe canoe the Kickapoo, hike Wildcat Mountain State Park, bike the Elroy Sparta Bike trail! Whatever you decide, you will leave agreeing that. Pleasant Valley is a wonderful place to be.

We are a family business located in the heart of the mid-west that offers log cabin rentals and my wife also works as a teacher in our local school district!Nestled in Southwestern Wisconsin, near Ontario, our log cabins are very secluded in a woods setting, with hiking, biking, canoeing and horseback riding all within minutes.

This place was phenomenal. Joe in his wife were fantastic hosts. We stayed in 2 of their cabins while trout fishing the Kickapoo tributaries. Joe was very knowledgeable in the area and put us on our keepers for the Trip. This was such an amazing place our group intends to return for some deer hunting in the future. The wildlife is abundant, and you're far enough away to get lost in nature . I can't recommend this place enough check out rocked and bar for some nice food at great prices. A big thank you to the Fisher family, thanks for making our trip so wonderful hope to see you soon

My husband and I spent 3 nights in Deer Meadow cabin this winter. The cabin was secluded and quiet--no phone service (ATT)--so no excuses to ditch technology for the long weekend. The cabin was clean and well maintained. While it had electric heat, we mostly kept the cabin heated with the wood stove through the weekend. It was nearby Wildcat Mountain and the Kickapoo Valley Reserve, both great places for winter recreation. The cabin was also nearby a local Amish community where we were able to visit a candy store, bakery, used home and farm goods store, grandfather clock-maker, and furniture maker

Nice and quiet, secluded. Perfect for a few days of our honeymoon. Stayed at the Bears Den cabin. The only minor downside was this cabin didn't have a shower, only a large two person tub, not great for washing your hair. Otherwise, we enjoyed it! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Recommend hiking at Wildcat Mountain State Park and seeing the views and Ice Cave. Definitely going back in the future!

We'll be back! My husband and I stayed in the Birds Nest and two other couples in our group stayed in the Deer Meadow. The cabins are roomy and very clean. The Birds Nest could easily accommodate 4 people and the Deer Meadow could easily accommodate 6. We really enjoyed the privacy of these cabins and spent a great deal of time on the deck enjoying evening cocktails and games and morning coffee. We had fun shopping at all the Amish shops nearby and took a morning canoe trip on the Kickapoo. Others in our group took advantage of the bicycle trails.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon & absolutely loved it. It was quiet and peaceful, and there is an amazing view from the front porch of the nearby hills and a meadow. We stayed in the Bear's Den cabin and enjoyed the fun tri-level floor plan. We enjoyed canoeing on the Kickapoo & biking on the Elroy-Sparta Trail, which were both just a short drive. The owners were super nice. We will definitely stay here again.
