I had brief service from tahoe pool service and wanted them to provide scheduled service for my hot tub in between rentals . They assured me that they were able to provide this as "this is what we do". After signed contract and agreeing to all their conditions my schedule for dates of service for drains and fills was supplied. The first service was a no show . Infected company and they assured me the tech had come. I was home . The second device tech was scheduled for a drain/clean/fill. He wanted to do chemicals but in my insistence brought in a large diameter hose and proceeded

I don't take pleasure of writing a bad review on a local business but I literally paid $350 for nothing being done.
I drained my hot tub to find out that I needed help with my filter. Called the company to have a technician to come out at $105/hr. I wasn't home for the last hour. No one called and gave me a report but I darn sure received a bill. The bill charged me for drained, filled and replaced of the filter.
The technician put my dirty hot tub cover back and I called. Debbie said they would waived back for me. Instead, they told me that it was their fault that my tub is dirty again

I was connected to their electrical team through American Home Shield. The objective was to replace an electrical panel. They showed up quickly and evaluated the problem. However, after two weeks, i never heard back. I assumed it was just taking time to order the parts and set up an appointment to fixed the electrical panel. I eventually called them and was told they cant perform the work and dont have availability in their schedule. My frustration is 1) lack of communication and 2) not being able to complete the job, knowing what I was asking before they even came. Very disappointing. Im back

This company is a absolute nightmare. Stay away. Their customer service rep Debbie is rude and condescending. When I signed up I asked for what day of the week they were going to be coming so I could notify my renters. I called twice and was told they would call me back which they never did. On third call I was told they already did the service. Also, in their contract they take your credit card information so they charge you whatever they want. I only wanted once a month service and asked for a drain and fill on only my first visit. I received my invoice and they charged me for 2 drain and fills

The service we received from co-owner Mary was absolutely outstanding. We wanted to put in a hot tub within a tight time frame before family came into town. Mary not only made it happen, but she guided us through the process and checked in with the manufacturer and shipper daily to ensure all was on schedule.
The team that did the install and electrical did a fantastic job as well. Everyone was so helpful and professional. This local business truly delivers.

Do not use this company. While the owner and techs are professional, the office staff is horrible. I recently was charges for 8 service calls, when I should have been only charged for 5. I asked to see the evidence that they were sent a calendar for 8 calls and the woman would not provide. They overbill and over charge. I will never use this company again and I will be passing on my experience to others.

The technician is always on time, he is very friendly, courteous and informative and will answer all of my questions since I don't have a lot of knowledge on how to take care of a spa. I was having an issue with cloudy water and when I came back home later in the day my water was clear as can be. The staff at Tahoe Pool and Spa, Terra and Ali are always available to help me out with questions too. Thank you everyone. I am a happy camper. Mick

Excellent service! We suffered an outage/issue with our outside hot tub following a big snow storm and they answered our phone call at 7:30 AM. They told us in advance where we stood with the service call, kept us updated and arrived on time as promised. They were efficient and found the issue quickly, repaired it. We spoke to Derek the son of the owner on the phone and the Josh repairman was excellent. The service fee of $90 invoice will be emailed to us and was
certainly a reasonable charge. If we ever need service again we will certainly call them immediately.
