Clarke & Rush was referred to us as an installer through a gutter guard manufacturer's website. Their crew was friendly and professional. They cleaned out our badly clogged gutters, resealed all the joints, and installed gutter screens on our 2000SF two story home and detached garage in a space of about four hours. The work site was left clean and the installation looks great. The price was fair and saved me many hours of climbing ladders!

Purchased a new home and needed a new HVAC system. Brian came out and provided me with several options. Luke and his team did the install. Luke was on time, respectful of my home, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. There were a few issues and decisions that came up during the install (as expected when replacing an existing older system). Luke walked me through the options and explained things in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend Luke / Brian and Clark & Rush to anyone in need of HVAC service or install. I called Clark & Rush regarding a home heating repair. Upon the friendly technician taking a peek into my attic, he immediately said I should instead simply replace the entire unit and ducting because my unit was from the 90's. My repair call had quickly turned into a sales pitch before the unit was even looked at. My two cents.. If you're going to call Clark & Rush for any home repair, be sure to tell them the year of your system before paying $89 for them to tell you to buy a new unit. Clark and Rush bought the company that originally installed my A/C system. System is 6 years old. The system was not cooling so I called Clark and Rush (C & R). The technician had me set the thermostat to call for cooling. The technician was at the outdoor condensing unit. He noticed oil at the bottom of the unit. He put his gauges on the unit and said there was no pressure. Obvious that there must be a leak. The technician spray a solution on the area and said he could not find the leak so therefor I would need a dye check and it would cost around $600. I said there is no way I could afford that

The folks at Clarke & Rush were excellent. Tony, the Production Manager, was responsive and friendly. Tristan and Nick, who did the installation were courteous, professional, and diligent. Overall, we are very pleased with our new windows. This is our second job done by Clarke & Rush - the other was attic insulation, and we are fully satisfied.

Sales and install were great; however since that time, May of 2021 it's been crickets. I've never received my packet of info so that I may schedule an inspection with my City. I've called repeatedly and never receive a call back. Then they had a 3rd party inspector come out without advising me ahead of time and boy, was he a piece of work. I wanted a certain brand of system so I went with C&R, however for any service going forward I'll go back to Bell Bros. I think my new $11,000 system has some mechanical issues but I'll wait till it craps out I guess.

I’ve had Clark and Rush doing semi-annual maintenance on my 6-year old split heat pump HVAC system since I moved into my current home three years ago. They have always been on time, with plenty of confirmations beforehand, entirely professional, thorough in their checks, and knowledgeable when I had any questions. The one time the system broke down on me they were able to come out and repair it within 24 hours.

Mark was my first contact with Clarke And Rush on Saturday. I told him what I wanted, I had researched systems for months knowing I needed to replace mine. Mark listened to what I wanted and gave me all the information I needed and a proposal for a new system. It was exactly what I needed and wanted. I signed the proposal on Monday. Mark was professional , answered all my questions and was so easy to work with.

Interesting - I called Garick Air Conditioning Service early this a.m. Was told that a tech would be out tomorrow...a few hours later I received a call from a Clarke & Rush dispatcher stating that they had a tech for me today. A very pleasant surprise on the hottest day of the year to date. Ray Walker from Clarke and Rush did fantastic work...and he did it a day earlier than originally promised.

I had called and made appt for later in the week but had to call back to have someone come immediately! They sent technician out to resolve the issue immediately and with SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MIKE.

We have been long time patrons of Clark and Rush at 4411 Auburn Boulevard in Old Foothill Farms. We pay extra to have them come out twice a year and check our unit over, once in the fall and again in the spring . We made the fall appointment over a month ago and it was scheduled for October 11th 2020 which is tomorrow. Today, 11/10 at 4:35 p.m. they called to cancel our appointment so they could give it to somebody who was without heat. They charge people extra money to do an emergency call so they are making more money on the emergency calls then maintaining our unit. Calling at the 11th hour
