Alco did a great job installing 2 new windows for me. Darrell the estimator worked hard to get the correct windows which had some changes but he was steadfast. The installation crew worked hard to ensure they met the stated timeline and were very thorough in their work including repairing some unanticipated dry rob. I do recommend Alco. Jim S

1. The Quote process: Michael came out a day or two after I reached out for a quote. I a lot of research and had a ton of questions. He was patient and answered all of them. He was the fourth contractor we had bid this job. We were looking to replace our cedar shingle siding with James Hardie lap siding. He produced the quote on site and that evening I reached out to ask about also replacing our windows. He came over again the next day to talk about it and measure. Came out a third time the next day with his partner and window specialist to measure and check for egress issues in the bedrooms. He

Mike and his team are professional and great to work with. They did Hardie siding on the entire house and it turned out amazing. There were a couple areas where the siding pieces would have been really small next to the trim, so they asked me if they could use thicker trim to make it look better (see the window corner in attached pictures). Those types of suggestions to make the house look better are signs of a knowledgeable contractor. I am extremely satisfied with their work and everyone loves the way my house turned out.
