I called to get a quote on an Improvement Survey Plat, and the gentleman I spoke with spent a substantial amount of time letting me know the best way to get a good deal. I learned a lot, and he ended up not getting my business as another firm would probably give me a better price, and get it done slightly faster than he could. I will keep on calling Flagstaff FIRST for future properties in Boulder County, because I trust them..

Just spoke to Lee at Flagstaff, and he really went above and beyond--he found our our old survey on my very sketchy information, remembered a surprising level of property details from a decade ago, reviewed the property-line issue I'm worried about, counseled on the various levels of surveying that might be needed, and recommended essentially the lowest-cost option--and only that if needed! Notable competence, service, and generosity.

I called this company today to get information about a survey that they completed. I wanted more information about their previous job before moving forward with employing them to research the situation again. The person on the other line didn't take me seriously telling me that they have. "someone on the other line who is ordering new work" and they hung up the phone on me. That was not the kind of customer service that would encourage me to engage them in future work.
