We are a small company aimed and providing you with a variety of land surveying services using time saving methods and technologies. This company is based in Boulder, Colorado and specializes in land surveying. NATHANIEL KEANE, PLS, CFedS is a licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado through DORA and also holds a Certified Federal Surveyor license awarded by a Bureau of Land Management program.

He is the owner and operator of BMS. Nate has 15 years of experience in the land surveying industry. The list goes on. He has worked in Boulder County for 10 years but has performed work all over the State of Colorado. Mr. Keane regularly attends land surveying conferences in Colorado to keep up to date with changes in state statue and bylaws.

I've been land surveying since 2001 and was introduced to the profession in Reston, Virginia when I was a young lad. My passion for land surveying began when I followed a survey by George Washington. This profession is a mix of research, field work, mapping, retracement. The historic perspective and the history you create of is something I find fascinating - how could I not fall in love with this work.'.

I was in a pinch to get a survey done on a project in Boulder. Nate understood my predicament and was quick to jump in and help. He quoted me a fair price and was able to deliver it quicker than anyone else I spoke with, and in fact, he delivered the final survey sooner than the time frame in his proposal. Nate is very knowledgeable about all of the surveying issues that arose and was especially helpful with Boulder's many requirements. I had to call on Nate after the delivery of the survey on some follow up work and he was as equally quick and fairly priced. I would highly recommend Nate and Benchmark
