My wife and I went here on 6/28/2021 for routine eye exams. We both wear contacts and use online providers for those so we just needed an exam. I wore an old pair of glasses to the exam so I wouldn't have to bother with taking my contacts out and putting them back in. My wife wore her contacts. Well, I didn't realize until I went to order contacts that they gave me an eyeglass exam and my wife a contact exam. They never asked us and I didn't know I needed to tell them. During the exam, I even mentioned that I wear contacts daily and only wore the glasses in for the exam.

This was my experience, make a long story shorter everything was routine and the nurse took me in the room asked about my previous contacts and I had brought one with me to remember the brand I showed her the package and she made a note. Fast fwdd to the end of the visit the Dr said ok, looks like your vision has not changed and he told me what it was. I said no, that is very different then my previous prescription. He had assumed the package i showed the nurse was for both eyes and went off that, he said ok what was your previous Rx i told him and he wrote the script for that. Confused and wondering

Came here after taking an appointment & was 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled time, the receptionist was nice and welcoming did all the screening quickly and then the wait started. It took me a little over an hour (past my scheduled time) to finally see the doctor. I understand there are walk-ins on Saturday, this shouldn’t put the scheduled appointments at lower priority though.
They are doing the retinal imaging as mandatory and the reason given is Covid, I find it questionable. It’s not covered in insurance so there would be a reason why it’s not covered. I shouldn’t be mandated to take
