Dennis was a great man to work with! He kept me up to date as he inspected the house, and answered all of my questions and concerns in a manner I was able to understand. Excellent and professional service. Dennis takes his time and does a very complete and thorough inspection of the property. His inspection report was very concise and addressed all aspects of the home. He provides photos and detailed descriptions of each section of the home and points out in detail any issues that need to be addressed immediately or that the buyer should be aware of in the near future.
