Dr. Luis Delgado, Jr., first began his private practice in 1990 at Northside Family Medical Center in McAllen, Texas and has since expanded his practice to a second location in Elsa, Texas, Elsa Family Medical Clinic.

Terrible customer service. The receptionist that usually answers the phone has the attitude of a tenured liberal arts professor, I have no idea how this woman is employed and continues to be. I’ve been on phone calls with the IRS that have been more pleasant than what this woman is capable of when just trying to schedule an appointment. Luckily, the free market provides me the opportunity to use my insurance/money elsewhere.
