I've been a patient here since the 1990's and love the practice. However, this year I have become a cash patient. When I called the office to get all of the billing information so I know upfront how much I will have to spend the office manager told me they do not give out their billing information until I receive services. I told her I needed to know how much something costs before I commit to it. I've had conversations with the doctor on this and she (the Dr) has said she prefers cash payments. All I wanted was a list of prices for the things that I regularly go in for, yearly exam, x-ray, sports

Terrible service. I had paid for rapid blood test for 2 people up front. Unfortunately my husband had to leave early out of town. Called asked if we can let my sister come in his place she said No. STAFF VERY RUDE.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The fact that these people call themselves doctors is flabbergasting. Sending a patient home with no explanation of the medicine given or circumstances of their physical and mental health. Doctors are meant to comfort and relieve a patient of all that is bothering them. I can say from first hand experience, their patients are not #1 on their list- money is. Wow wow wow to the people that still go here. Good luck!

After waiting about an hour they asked me for my payment I told him if I have to leave sometimes I have to leave suddenly if I could wait until they actually called me to pay they said they cannot help me I left... it’s interesting that they have been losing so many patients lately now I see why this is become more of a beauty salon. Oh and you really never get to see the doctor ...Don’t waste your time nowadays more employers school districts and universities have their own facility please look into those ...

Melissa at the window is very rude. She told me it was not her responsibility to look up my dad's insurance without his social. Every other Dr I have been to verifies my insurance without it. She was going to make me stay in the waiting room until I could get a hold of my dad at work. She didn't even tell me she would not be working me up because of this. Never had such a terrible experience at a doctor's office. Such rude staff. If you cannot verify insurance with the information you have then you are not qualified for the job. I've billed insurance before and I gave Melissa more than enough information
