Established in 2017, Osage House is a dream we never knew we had. Being born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, I have a deeply rooted love and passion for our community, and what we can do as a part of it, with what we have. As things were changing in NWA, they were changing for us as well. We had reached a point where we were ready for whatever came next, and through that journey, Osage House was born.
Through lots of planning, hard work, tears, and sleepless nights, we feel we have created something special to offer in this place we call home. One thing that makes us unique, is that every building was thoughtfully designed by my husband, John. He's had his own architecture business for years and what he makes is absolutely amazing.

Services
Yes, with your rental, a one hour ceremony rehearsal is included. This can be done the day/night before your wedding as long as the venue is not booked. If we happen to be booked, we will work with you to try and find a time that will work prior to your wedding. You are allowed to bring in your own alcohol, but all alcohol must be served by a professional and insured bartender.
We don't offer returns and exchanges all item are final. Please if you have a question about what you're buying, ask us and we'll help. Remember, we sell coffee and these shirts mugs and accessories are all done automatically through Printful. Please be sure you know what you want be fore you buy it.

GORGEOUS venue!!!
The venue itself is a blank slate, in a beautiful setting, and you can build your own fairy tale. I love that the kitchen, dishwashing station and bathrooms are detached from the main room. A staff member even remained on site to deal with ANY issues (which did come up) I would definitely recommend this event venue.

I cannot begin to say enough about how great the staff is and how beautiful the venue is. We are from Florida and planning an out of state wedding can be very stressful, but the staff at Osage were so gracious and helpful, even with reassuring me that we had made the right choice with other vendors! The venue is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and is easy to find. The staff on site the day of, were tremendous.

After discovering Osage House on Instagram during their construction, we knew we had to get a tour as soon as they offered it. We only looked at 2 other venues besides Osage, and the size of it plus the aesthetics are what set them apart from everyone else. Not only is it one of the most beautiful venues in all of NWA, but the staff and team made planning and choosing so very easy! We highly recommend this one of kind venue for any wedding of any size!

I could not love this place more. Ashley is so helpful when it comes to planning for one of the biggest events of your life. She's easy to work with, stays in constant communication and her and her husband have created one of the most beautiful venues there is. We decided on Osage House (hall and chapel) before it was even done being built and Ashley went out of her way to give tours of the grounds and go through the renderings with us before construction was complete. We're so glad we took a leap of faith without seeing Osage House before it was complete because it turned out to be everything

Osage house was a dream from start to finish! The chapel and reception area were the perfect spaces to accommodate all of our guests. We loved using the bottom area of Osage House for our rehearsal dinner on Friday night and then for our cocktail hour on the wedding day. The bridal suite and groom's area were amazing as well! Our entire bridal party had an awesome time spending the wedding day there!
I can't say enough kind words about the owner, Ashley. She was a joy to work with and was so helpful through out the entire process. She answered our many, many questions and made wedding planning

Osage House is a PREMIER wedding venue in NWA.
I am a wedding photographer and I had the pleasure of photographing at this location in January when the venue(s) were freshly finished. There are three buildings on the property which supplies many options for use! They each have many large windows beautifully structured providing excellent natural light along with elegant design all throughout.
The bride and groom quarters are very spacious and well laid out to accommodate any needs.
This venue is versatile and can be transformed into any bride's dream wedding space.
