I would personally like to say that this is a very professional and straight up honest attorney office. Please stay away from this firm. They will make you think that they are giving you legal representation but in my case, I was responsible for obtaining my medical records because they said they could not get them. I was promised $xxxxxx amount of money within six weeks by three employees, who all agreed that they heard the insurance adjuster promise this. After eight weeks had gone by, I called and was told not to appear too eager to settle (after over 2 years of mounting bills, miscommunications, and much distress). Very disappointed in the service (or lack therof) of this firm. I decided to utilize a legal firm for injuries sustained in an auto accident earlier this year. Becaues I did not want to deal with the insurance company, I decided ot have a legal firm take care of everything for me (or so I thought). I only spoke to an attorney for five minutes the entire time of my case (6 months). The case manager was supposed to gather all my bills, send letters, etc...all she did was send form letters and wait and wait. After weeks of waiting, I got on the phone and called all providers to obtain the bills
