I had a very positive experience having a iPad battery replaced. The part was ordered, and three working days later it was in. I brought the iPad to them and it was finished in little more than 2 hrs. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and I was given good advice. The price was reasonable. I hope I don't ever need more electronics help, but if I do I'll definitely call these guys.

I am grateful to uBreak iPhix for their help with my iPod, iPhone and currently my laptop! I was referred to them by a member of Best Buy's "Geek Squad" when he could not fix my crashed phone, and uBreak iPhix was able to bring my phone back to life in 30 minutes.

I went in going on two weeks and asked that they fix my iPad. They didn't have the parts and said it would take at least three business days. It's now been ten days and no call . This to me is not good service. At least a phone call notifying me of a delay. I'll try calling them today after they open. More to report in future
Went back turns out their supplier did not get their delivery but was informed should be in this week. I asked that they call me but will be checking again anyway . They also said the price originally quoted was wrong and that it will cost less. I will be updating

I went there this last weekend to get my phone phone fixed. It was done in a timely manner and I even got to play some video games while I waited. My phone was done and I still kept playing because I felt at home! I recommended the place to my roommate and he also went just a few days after me. I will go back again to get my iPad fixed.

Be careful, employees have been known to look through personal data of their clients. And sometimes they "break" your device and don't "phix" it. In the past, their liability waiver actually used to sign complete ownership of your device over to the owner of the company without clients' knowledge unless you read the fine print. I'm not too sure if this still holds true or not, just be cautious.

$200 for a screen replacement. That's more than the apple store. Bad enough but then he made something up when I addressed the discrepency - he tried to tell me apple would give me a replacement phone rather than fix the screen.
Edit: he called me back, verified Apple does the repair cheaper and told me uBreak iPhix uses new apple screens. I asked him how I could verify they aren't using third party screens and he didn't have an answer.

Don't go there! Learn how to fix your own phones! It is not the most complicated thing to do! I've shown elementary school children how to fix their phones. Also, fyi to anyone apple does not sell their screen parts why would they do that when they could just charge you 200$ 300$ at a time. Mistakes happen I would rather have a mistake happen with my hand and know where it was my mistake than have someone tell me glass got into the screen or that a impact made it die out completely. Apple does put multiple screws to safegard their own mother boards so they will not move on any impact

About a month ago I called and they didn't have the IPhone 7 screen yet. I asked how much it was and he said $115. So I decided since they were cheaper then Apple, I would wait it out. I had been in contact with the owner for weeks. Finally today I went in and after he fixed my phone, he charged me $179 plus tax. When I had brought up what he told me on the phone, he said I was wrong and that was for the IPhone 6. We had a long conversation on the phone about the IPhone 7 screens and how he has been waiting for them. He knew exactly what I was talking about. In the end, I could have just used

I broke my screen while running and I brought in my phone this morning. Wonderful service, he said I had a clean crack so it was an easy fix. He even gave me a discount on the Otterbox case I purchased and educated me on the difference between tempered screen protector and non tempered screen. I took my water damaged iphone in for repair. I told the guy which I think is the owner that my iphone 6 went in the washer for 20 minutes and he said to bring it in ASAP, he made it seem soo urgent. When I got in I asked best and worse case scenario so I'd know what I would have to pay. He seemed upset that I asked about pricing. Anyways I left it with him and he said he'd call when it was ready to pickup. He never called so I called him about 30 min before they closed and he said there was no luck, the phone was totally unresponsive so I paid the $25 fee to get it checked out. The next

Went to have my phone fixed (iPhone 4) got fixed in 30 min. Excellent on the person who did the job. The person who runs the place is very rude and loud though. Has room for customer care improvement. It's business- customer is always first. They charge more than most other repair places. This place has potential if customer care improves. So sad that because of this lack of skill. I will not be coming back. I don't recommend this place at all.

Went here one day on my way to Starbucks with my ipod touch and they fixed it within the hour and I was happy with the price...And I was happy with the Service.Plus the guys were really great. I even got a nice protective cover for my ipod in pink and he gave me a good deal on it I would highly recommend this place because they stand behind their work and these guys are licensed technician.
