Used this place for an iPhone battery replacement and the battery they put in was 5 years old. No wonder it didn't last but a few months and never really held a charge well. Also quoted me a price over the phone which he did not honor when we came for the battery replacement a couple hours later. Shady.

Freddo took care of my phone battery replacement, it was done quickly , he was great, answered my questions. My phone was bought refurbished so it came with only 85% , I’ve had it 2 years and it had dropped to 77%. Stoked to have a battery at 100% for the 1st time since I have owned it.

So I called this guy and asked if he could change the battery on a iPhone Xr and change the battery on a iPhone 7... I also asked if he could replace the charging port on the iPhone 7....
This dude was trash... he broke the face I.D. on the iPhone Xr and there is no fix for that... That phone still doesn't work properly. Also the iPhone Xr keeps saying it doesn't recognize the battery even though we decided to put the original Apple battery back in...
On the iPhone 7 he broke the screen and the home button no longer worked.. Don't go to this place it is not worth it.

My phone was super dead randomly, and I brought it up to Fredo (hope I got the name right) here at his kiosk and I explained the situation and he instantly knew it was a screen issue. Told me it would be a certain amount and it was too much for me as a college student but I needed it done. I explained to him and he brought my price down as much as possible which was extremely appreciated. He was done super fast, and the screen is just the same as when I bought the phone originally. He didn't try to upset me and discounted the screen protector heavily as well with any promotion he could. Totally

This is an excellent place to go for phone and screen repair. They are knowledgeable, kind and super fast. They told me 20 minutes for the repair and when I returned 20 minutes later, my phone was ready to go! Have used them twice and 5stars isn’t enough! Location couldn’t be more convenient, with plenty to keep you occupied while they take care of business. And so much cheaper to repair a smart phone then buy a new one!! Am grateful for these guys!

Brought a 2016 iPad Pro with a shattered screen to these folks. They quoted me $250 to fix the screen and the camera which was also broken. Seemed like a high price and they wanted to order a screen then so it would be done the next day so I said ok. Looking back I shouldn’t of rushed into it because a refurbished one like this is only $300, maybe less so that is my fault. The screen didn’t show up so it wasn’t ready for two days and when I got it they informed me the fixed the camera but couldn’t replace the lens on the camera so basically dirt and what not can get in. They took $10 off

Extremely rude. He acts as if he's doing us a favor... I asked how much it was to replace my screen and he doesn't even look up from his phone and says $90 dollars. I don't mind the price, it was his demeanor that turned me away.
I walked by several times and his face was glued to his phone like my daughter is to her iPad. I get it, you're bored but at least try.........

Received a message regarding the repair of my non iPhone screen replacement. Went to the site today, gentleman in a hoodie looks up me (does not stand, merely looks up) I asked about replacing the screen, showed him my phone and he mumbled, "no" and then continued playing on his phone.
Easier for me to buy a replacement phone. The customer service here is severely lacking. If you want my business the least you can do is act like you do.

This guy is really helpful and honest. I was told I needed a new screen on my iPhone by another place. However I never got it fixed. Took it to this place and he said NOPE your screen protector is cracked. I brought in my new expensive screen protector and while he was attempting to put it on for me I noticed the screen protector really wasn't that impressive. He showed me a less expensive but better protector. Put it on in a few minutes. I'm happy and it was really a lot cheaper. Highly recommend this place! Thanks!
