Our interview process provides us with an in-depth assessment of you or your loved one. It's essential to learn about your medical conditions and the specific kind of assistance you need to be able to remain at home. Ideally, this interview process involves the decision makers. They will then be aware of all the services that are available and be able to ask questions.
Thank you for taking the time on short notice to meet with me and my mother. Since I live out of state it has been very difficult for me to look after my mother's needs. In addition I constantly worried about her in case something happened and no one was there. I now have peace of mind knowing there is someone there to look after her.

Bayside Home Care has amazing caregivers, I’m a neighbor of someone who receives care from Bayside. Their caregiver arrives promptly to the home and goes on walks with my neighbor daily. I can see they genuinely care from across the street. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care of a loved one.

Truly enjoyed working as a Care Coordinator there. Gary and Kim hire only those who share the same compassion for caregiving as they do. It's not just a business to them. If anything comes up they take care of it honestly and immediately. Best home care in the tri-cities. I only left because I moved out of state.

I needed a caregiver because I was having rotator cuff surgery. I called several companies because I have flexible spending and this company assured me they would accept it. On the initial day the company started a manager came to do the consultation. She had me sign a contract and assured me my flexible spending card would be accepted. The next day my surgery was scheduled and they billed me for 13hrs and changed it to 8. My insurance company had to explain to them they couldn't bill me for hours during my surgery because I was in t the care of the hospital.

Bayside Home Care is so accommodating and they exceeded our expectations for private duty care. Their caregivers are trained in a number of different specialties depending on your needs. They also treated our family member as if they were their own family. This allowed us to keep our family member in their own home which helped to promote their quality of life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for care in order to keep their loved one in the comforts of their own home.
