Basically shunned me out without even considering my loved ones dangerous conditions. I'm sure they have newly admissions but are picking and choosing what races to approve and admit. I wouldn't recommend even if it were the last nursing home in the planet.

I am so angry and disheartened by the way a staff member at the Daytona Beach Rehabilitation Center treated a close friend of mine. I am so frustrated, that I felt the need to share. My friend worked as a CNA for Daytona Beach Rehabilitation center for 15 years before receiving a diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Soon after receiving this diagnosis, she made the decision to retire. Her body just couldn’t handle this type of work anymore. Even after all of this, she is still one of the most positive people I have ever met and her positive outlook on life is what keeps her going. A few weeks

Staff here are horrible. Went to visit my mother-in-law. We're in the sitting room and about 5 or 6 staff were just sitting in there. If I was a head nurse or whatever. I would make them do things with the patients instead of sitting. This place needs better management.

They were wonderful with my uncle. The nurses were caring and the administration staff were top notch! My uncle passed away with a loving director of nursing by his side. Thank you south wing!

This place had me run circles around town to get paperwork they could have obtained themselves. Up to me losing a days pay to gather information that they knew would be difficult for a father with twins and a wife that is disabled from a brain bleed stroke. At the end of the day its always about money because when i finally weasel my way into getting documents that I shouldn't have. They didn't even have the respect to call me first. They called the hospital that My wife is staying in first. Apparently my wife has a judgement against her int he state of NY and they believe that it will go after

I went to Daytona health and rehab after my back surgery in 2015 were they gave me an overdose of medication (1st nurse did not log in giving me medicine then the next shift gave it again - at the time I just got there and trusted what they were doing) to where I almost died (paramedic said 2 more minutes I would have been died) I spent the night at Halifax hospital because of it. Then they brought me back to the rehab center afterwards. I made them discharge me after 2 weeks when I was suppose to be there for 6 weeks. When I left I had an infection so I went to Bert Fish/FL Hospital in NSB and

Do not take your loved one or even your enemy here! They don't give proper Medicine to the residents and once sign the papers they don't care about you. The call bells stay on for sometimes 15 minutes, 1. Nurse will be trolling tge entire wing while texting on cellphone. They should be shutdown

We had the worst experience with my grandmother there. They forgot to feed her -- and they tried to blame it on her not remembering because she has dementia. We believed them until my mom caught them when she was there one night at dinner time. They also gave incorrect information about Medicare and my grandmother's obligations, and we had to get a lawyer who knew what he was doing. Getting my grandmother out of there was the best thing for her.
