First we were not able to land on time due to fog. We were diverted to Baton Rouge and by the time we landed in New Orleans we were almost 2 hours later than our pickup time. Tamika was so pleasant and resourceful regarding her Katrina experience and places to go. I highly recommend Burton!!!

* BURTON TRANSIT IS A FLUKE* Now that I have received half of my refund. This experience was the worst. I ordered a party 24 pak limo bus for my birthday. I traveled all the way from Houston. I had several people from out of town here. I paid all my fees on time this place is very unprofessional and ghetto. They arrived at our hotel to pick us up… with a shuttle bus. The pictures that was sent to me was nothing like I recieved this was humuliating and embarassing as hell. This was my 46th birthday party a date I could never get back. Burton Transit was awesome! Their staff arrived before time and called to notify me that they had arrived. I purchased round trip transportation from the airport and back. Both drivers were professional, handled our luggage with car and made the ride very comfortable. We were even given a list of places to try since we were vacationing. I will definitely book Burton again! Excellent customer service!

What can I say, All the sights we saw was awesome. I think the best part of the trip was St. Louis cemetery! Never seen anything like it. Chris Tizian, our driver was absolutely amazing! Very nice! He took us everywhere, and gave us a detail history of everything we seen. He really knew a lot of history with New Orleans, we learned so much from him! He knew all the best spots to eat, all the jazz clubs, all the shopping areas, he was just awesome! I would definitely recommend him hands down! Absolutely the best!

Our driver never showed up and when I called to inquire on his location I was told they could not get in touch with him, that he must have overslept and would not make it to get us. Whoever answered the phone offered to attempt to get us an Uber and next time they would give us a free ride but he didn’t know how long that would take. They had… already put us in a time crunch and we had to find our own rides to the airport. He stated he never charged me yet and that they were having a hard time finding employees so I’m not sure anyone was ever coming. Will NEVER book with them

We were so beyond happy with Burton Transit for picking us up after our wedding and delivery us to our reception at the court of the Two Sisters. Not only did he pick us up exactly where we asked but even allowed us to have the time to go get a drink and bring it with us for the ride. Was super accommodating, extremely clean vehicle and the service was beyond stellar. Next time we're New Orleans we're going to use them for a date night. Seriously people. We couldn't have been happier.

We used Burton for our R/T transfers in NOLA and they we’re excellent! Nelson picked us up from airport and too auto hotel telling us about his city and business. He was a delight! Jeremy picked us up from hotel and took us to airport and he too was very nice and told us more information about when Hurricane Katrina hit. Both time Burton was on time and got us to our destination in a safe timely manner. Their new vans were clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend Burton Transit and I will use them again! 😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️&

We used them three times while visiting NOLA. Professional and on time no waiting. Pick up at airport was a breeze driver called us as we were getting our luggage. Our flight was delayed and there was no problem they worked with us and had our flight information so we didn't have to worry about it. Our SUV was clean both inside and out. We will definitely use them again, also answered my calls and questions prior to our arrival and after. They know what they are doing! 100% professional company with professional people from phones to drivers.

I had a great experience with Burton Transit. I was visiting New Orleans for an Avon Convention and needed transportation from my Hotel to the Airport. Nelson the owner was not only on time but was 20 minutes early. I was impressed with the cleanliness and newness of his van. I was even more impressed with the professionalism. I'm a little late in getting this posted because I've been sick. However, I didn't want to let anymore time pass w/o letting potential customers know how accommodating this company was during
our stay. They picked us up from the airport and even gave us tips on some of the better eateries in the area. And when we got caught in a hurricane situation back in July, and were trying to exit NOLA, they made sure they took care of me & my friends and got us to the airport before everything started to shut down in the city. Better late then never...we visited NOLA a few weeks ago and Burton was great! I will use them anytime I go to NOLA. They're on time. They communicate in advance and send text reminders regarding pick up AND drop off. This is a family owned business as well and they made us feel very welcomed! I also found out I could contact them for transportation in ANY state and they can connect us with a ride anywhere. I usually take Uber/Lyft but the surcharges were ridiculous! We could upgrade to a black car or limo based on Uber's surcharge. I appreciate working with nice folks like Burton.

Burton Transit provided exceptional service to our group during our trip to NOLA. Our group of 10 were originally on the same flight but due to the FAA grounding all Boeing 737 planes, our flight was canceled which forced us to scramble and get flights arriving all on different times. So I called Nelson and told him our situation and he accommodated our different flight schedules and changes to our reservation. He was so courteous and professional. We were so happy to have found this transportation company!! I highly recommend them!
