I would rate this place a 0 if it allowed. How they are still in business I have NO IDEA! Booked through priceline last minute bc I had to be home for my mothers funeral. After waiting for half an hour for there slow shuttle to drive LITERALLY ACROSS THE STREET, I was told I couldn't rent bc I didn't have my OWN full coverage insurance on a personal vehicle?!?
I have NEVER had to have that to rent a car? I told them I had it on my motorcycle, they couldn't take it. Another guy who was also renting didn't even own a car and was also denied. The two jack offs behind the counter

Absolutely hands down, the worst car rental experience I've ever had. Save yourself the time and money and go with someone else. Some of the most rude employees I've ever spoken to, who refused to put me in contact with their managers to resolve my issue. They kept my $350 security deposit over a lost car key. Such horrific customer service and even worse terms. Do not rent here.

For Gods sake do not rent from this outfit, unless you don't care about arriving at the airport and not having a vehicle. They demanded a non refundable payment a week in advance and guaranteed the minivan. It turns out they knew for a full two days beforehand they wouldn't have their one minivan but didn't get around to emailing me until two hours before when we were en route. "Uhh, something happened." That's it. That's what they had to say for themselves. It cost us $140 extra getting stuck with a last minute rental with another company at the airport. Clowns

Christian and his team were great. We've never been down to NOLA and weren't sure if we needed a car or not. We went ahead and found them online got a car for a couple of days. They were reasonably priced, in good condition and most importantly the process was smooth. If you're in town please look these guys up. They won't let you down!
