My daughter got her hair colored and it looks FABULOUS!!! She went with a red which is a very difficult color to get perfect but they did it! A perfect color, cut and blowout. We could not be happier! They are clean and courteous. The owner Grace is so sweet and while we were there the owner and staff were involved in a charity event. Such a wonderful bunch of girls! I highly recommend!

Been getting my hair cut here for years. Always satisfied with my haircut. Excellent service and everyone is so friendly. I usually have Liz cut my hair but if she is not available and they give me someone else I have always been happy with the haircut. Very clean salon which is plus in this day and age.

My mom just got her hair done at this salon, which has great reviews online and lots of pictures of girls with amazing color jobs and clean faces but they let my mom walk out like this. my mom was too embarrassed to speak up because she was shocked by the result. they couldn't clean the sides of her face but a salon should have the proper wipes and or remover to clean their clients without scrubbing harshly (the excuse given), ESPECIALLY when there are pictures of other clients with blues and purples in their hair that are also very prone to stain but their faces are clean. I had been looking for a new hair salon and came across CSI. I hadn’t dyed my hair in quite some time and wanted a change. I have been to so many stylists so I was a little leery about trying a new place. However, upon a referral, I went to csi salon and was NOT disappointed. To have someone actually listen to what I wanted in a cut and color was refreshing! Liz was very honest with her thought about my cut and color choices and I am now one very happy client! Words can not even begin to describe what a wonderful experience I had at this salon! Lauren did my hair and she listened to every word I said! my haircut looks amazing! And she was so sweet and friendly! If I could give this salon 10 stars I would! Will be back again! 💖

Great stylists, friendly owner. My favorite is stylist and colorist Angelica. She ALWAYS gives me what I ask for and more.

Where do I begin ? I just left the salon in absolute awe. The girl I had an appointment with did not show up. The next person available wet my ENTIRE back while washing my hair; her reply was "I hate when that happens". Once that was over she told me she doesn't even wash hair. She brushed my hair with a regular paddle brush from top to bottom...This was the worst blow out of my life. During this all I did not see anyone disinfect anything before or after use.

I absolutely LOVE the Joan of Arc blowout cream! I have very coarse and frizzy hair and this stuff works amazing! smells great too! I highly recommend you giving it a try!

Three of us went to this salon to get our hair done for a wedding. Only one of us left happy (and she's usually the one who complains about everything). I had a simple, soft, flowing half updo style that I wanted done (I brought a picture with me). I honestly could have done it myself but it was for a wedding so I figured pamper myself a little.
