In 1988, Richard (Dick) Pastore founded RP Engineering after serving 14 years with the United States Environmental Protection Agency as an environmental engineer. Over his career, Dick has worked professionally as a residential and commercial builder, giving him a unique and practical perspective on how to apply engineering principles in the field.
He holds a B.S.C.E. and M.S.C.E. Dick is very active in the community, having served for eighteen years on the North Kingstown Planning Commission with ten years as chairman. He is currently serving on the Programs and Policy Committee of Save The Bay and participating as a member of the Rhode Island Salt Water Anglers' Association.

I am going to say this the most simplest way possible. If you use another engineer besides RP engineering you are out of your mind. Mr Pastore saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I was going to buy a house only to find out that the whole basement foundation was ready to fall apart. He treated me with respect and what I liked most, he talked to me like a friend. Oh and the best part. You'll never ever beat his prices. No way possible will you find a better engineer than RP engineering. It's impossible!
