Very mix feelings with my experience. The place is very nice with good add-ons. I had some concerns with how sanitary everything is. Unlike most places I’ve been to, they don’t give you disposable slippers and you have to question are they clean. The towels given to put over us were damped and tattered. Not sure the workers are licensed masseuses. No one talked to us about what they were putting on us or give us clear directions on what to do. When I asked what kind of scrub they used, she didn’t have a solid answer. I bought the couples package and I don’t feel I really got what was advertised

This was not my 1st spa visit but was my 1st here and it offered very poor quality service. I honestly felt uncomfortable and not very relaxed with how unsanitary the towels, robes, sandals and tables were. The towels and robes were damp and oily not even dry. The room was cold and so was the hot tub. Turning up the heat in the tub was either no heat to scorching hot that it burned my back. The sandals were wet but why not offer one time use options instead especially during this pandemic as well as better table protectors to cover the oily table fabric from other clients. The paper layed on top

Excuse me if I'm a bit late with writing a review but I was just telling my bestfriend how amazing this place is and immediately jumped on google to write a review. I went here about 2 months ago to treat myself to a much needed stress free day and I must say this place did it's job. If I am not mistaken I was serviced by a woman name Yasmin (please excuse me if I spelled her name wrong.) She was amazing. She asked what did I come in for and I told her I've been stressed with personal issues going on, work, etc and she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. It was the best experience I've ever

The service is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Anna, the receptionist, was beyond helpful and responsive. I love an extremely friendly receptionist. My spouse and I had Ingrid (hope I didn't spell her name incorrectly) and jasmine for our massages. Both ladies were phenomenal. I couldn't stop raving about my experience with my family and friends. They were attentive, responsive, and made us feel extremely comfortable. Although I consider myself a nudist, my bf was uncomfortable with the disposable bathingsuit they gave him but after about 45 minutes, he was okay. Jasmine made him feel comfortable so I truly
