Rossi's Pizza

Ordered two pizzas and a salad at 6:54PM. At 8:13PM I called for an ETA, and they said "he left ten minutes ago." Around 10 minutes later, the salad arrived, alone........Guy said he'd be right back with the pizzas. TIC TOC TIC TOC 8:49pm I call again. First they couldn't find my order, then, "it's coming right now." 9:17 pizzas arrive. Sorry, guys, no restaurant serves one person in a party and just leaves the other family members to watch one of them eat and stay hungry for an hour. Didn't even send a complimentary soda to make up for it. whew.

It is a very nice and clean eat-in pizza shop. TV in dining area. Very Nice and Relaxing environment. Clean and Neat.

Please check your order before you leave! I had to return (2 trips) to get what I had ordered… I had ordered chicken wings with extra celery…. It’s supposed to come with Blue cheese dressing but they forgot to include either the celery nor the blue cheese 💔
And when I went there, they were all laughing at me, and took their sweet time getting my CELERY!
As if it takes any time to prepare it?
I will not visit them again 💔
And after waiting to warm up the dinner, I discovered that even though I ordered AND PAID for 20 wings, there were only 13!

I used to order from these guys all time until a couple years back when they completely messed up my order three times in a row. So I stopped ordering from them. I thought today I would try them again because everyone deserves another chance. Bad decision on my part. My order was simple. Medium supreme with extra cheese and sausage. I should have checked before I left...that is my fault. When I got home there was barely any toppings and definitely no extra cheese. The funny part...there was no sausage on the pizza at all. I will never order from them again. I have an actual picture of the pizza

Rossi’s is amazing for healthier takeout options. Made to order sandwich, piled with vegetables. My photo skills don’t do this sandwich justice. Absolutely fantastic!

This WAS one of favorites for pizza, Stromboli, bob's special wings, and more for over a year. Really excellent.

BUT they told us today they no longer deliver to Collegeville.

They must be doing well enough they can afford to shed customers. That's sad. So, 1 star, self-inflicted.

First time ever ordering from this Pizzaria, and last time.
Did not get my order until 1 hour after ordering and 5 calls into the store to ask about the ETA of the delivery. Last call, I asked them to get hold of their driver and find out where he was. I was promised a full credit, and here we are one month later, 3 calls into the store, and still nothing. They tried to offer me a store credit to which I replied NO THANK YOU...I really would not even give one star but it wont let me post unless I do.

Honestly the worst staff and customer service I have ever encountered. I have had multiple bad experiences with this place. The first time I sent an order online, called an hour later, they said they didn't get it until 5 minutes ago and were going to close and it was too late to make it. I don't know what happened with their online ordering system, but I had a confirmation email from them saying they got it. Eventually I spoke to the manager and he said, very frustrated, "do you still want your pizza?". I eventually got my pizza, 2 hours after ordering despite living 5 minutes away and only ordering

We ordered a plain pizza and a Capri pizza at 5:00, it is currently 7:50, four calls later, and still no pizza! They keep telling us they were busy- but our pizza was on its way.... apparently not! They seem to… get easily overwhelmed. I asked the girl if she could at least give us a discount and she said ok. Then, after holding., the next teenage girl said “we can’t do that.” Whomp whomp!

Ordered a small pizza and two orders of fries at 5 PM.... received the pizza at 6:15 (room temp mind you), delivery driver said "I owe you fries. Be back!" 45 minutes goes by, don't hear from them or see fries, we called and the lady on the phone sighed and said "let me look....he's on his way to you" hung up... 25 more minutes I called back, the same lady said "well he left so I can't ask him how long clearly..." then when I said "don't need to give me the attitude" she said "what did you order?" I said "a pizza and fries

Best pizza, wings, cheese steaks, and strombolis in Royersford. Staff is friendly and food is phenomenal. You can't go wrong ordering from Rossi's.

Had lunch there today. My husband and I both had the personal meat lover's calzone for $6 each. It was as tasty as it was gorgeous. Fresh mozzarella cheese, not that rubber stuff. Great red sauce. And they were twice as large as we were expecting. One would have easily fed us seniors.

Allow at least 20 minutes for your order to be prepared if it has to be baked.

Specials: Family-sized calzone for $13 on Mondays. Large (16-inch) neopolitan cheese pizza (thin crust) for $8.50 on Tuesdays.

Only caveat: not really a dine in place unless you don't mind using plastic forks and knives.

Very disappointed with the pizza and onion rings we just had delivered.......onion rings were cold and the pizza was lukewarm. Wasn’t happy with the lack of customer service when I called......all I got was “sorry”. Babysat my nieces the other day and we ordered Dominoes.....pizza was delivered piping hot, I would expect the same from Rossi’s. I… work in the restaurant industry and we bend over backwards if a guest complains. Very disappointed with this experience. Rossi’s was our go to place for pizza, not sure if that will be the case anymore.

Decided to try a new place to order delivery from tonight for dinner and our entire order was messed up and arrived cold. I'm 8 months pregnant and super disappointed. Won't be placing another order from here again.

I just love the pizza , my family loves the wings & cheese fries . The best !!!

Had Rossi's cater a dinner for me tonight - the food was delicious and the service is fantastic!! Everyone wanted to know where the food came from!

Ordered from this place 3 times already and every time they forget something. Than if you call to say they forgot something they never pick up. It says they are open until 9:30 but at 9 they stop answering the phones. Food really isn't that good so go to Bravo or penny's if you want great customer service and your order to be correct.
