My patio set bought online via Home Depot was supposed to be delivered on June 9, 2021 by BRAUN EXPRESS. The set was not delivered on that date... no call... no heads up... just a no show. This happened another 4x (BRAUN EXPRESS gave me at least 4 separate delivery dates and never showed up). Braun Express is horrible... bad customer service, rarely answer phone, flat out lied about delivery dates that never got honored, actually told me that I could drive 2 hrs from Long Island NY to their warehouse in East Windsor, NJ to pick up the boxes!!! We finally got the patio set 1 month after I placed

Whoever answers / handles the phone calls is complete trash. Never spoke to someone less helpful or rude before. Not only does she put you on hold for long periods of time without giving you any information when she comes back on the line but she'll also push you off by saying she'll look into it and call you back. By my 3rd interaction with this person I couldn't help but write a review and then wasn't surprised to see other horrible reviews describing similar situations... still waiting on my delivery/ an update
