Recently, a friend had a kidney transplant. With overwhelming medical costs, a benefit was scheduled for April. Due to Covid-19, it has been postponed. The owner of Empiredm, made a generous donation to this person and their family, which was welcomed with so much gratitude thankfulness. Thank you Mrs. McLaughlin for your generosity❤❤

Empire has costs me two doctors by canceling at the last moment when it is more profitable to them to take trips in bigger towns then to come get people in rural communities. When I did express that this had been an ongoing issue I was called by medicaid transport to inform me that they would not transport me at all that instead i would either have… to apologize for complaining that they failed to pick me up and fail to inform their drivers of simple instructions or since there is no other wheelchair service here i could have no transport at all. I was not rude i did not raise my voice they

I was a driver and a manager for Carol. Empire is a wonderful company and a great place to work. I no longer work there due to health reasons. Ive watched her company grow over the decades and is now one of the biggest transport companies in Syracuse. Wishing you continued success.

The other day, the driver almost hit me, not once but twice. First, he or she pulled out in front of me when I had the right of way and then a few blocks up the road, pulled in front of me again. I'd hardly trust any of my loved ones with your company.
