The hood on my Subaru Tribeca flew up into my windshield while I was on the highway. Car was towed to mike's auto and Mark was whom I worked with the very beginning to the end. The service was excellent and informative. They helped with my car rental and with my insurance company. The hood was destroyed and my windshield as well.

Mike went above and beyond not only in repairing my two vehicles I brought to him that were insurance claims but twice I returned to the shop to have things looked at that I thought were related to the accidents only to find out they weren't. Both times Mike took care of it, small items, but free of charge and without hesitation.

Mike has always taken care of my fleet of commercial vehicles, servicing them in a timely manner so that we have no downtime. Recently he cared for some extensive bodywork to my wife’s 2018 Murano. We could not be happier with the outcome! Mike has a fantastic personality and great people skills, which sadly is lacking in the service industry today. Steve at the counter is equally as awesome.

I brought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Mike’s after I had front end damage that was expensive to repair. His service was incredible, speed, and top notch. My Jeep was returned better than before I dropped it off and it did not take long at all. I highly recommend using his team to take care of any auto repair/service needs.

During a snowstorm my front tires became buried in mud and I was unable to get out. People called AAA who said they'd be there in 1.5 hours, called another towing company who said they'd be there in 2 hours. I called Mike's and was told someone would be there in 20 min. Mike's tow truck was there in 15 min. and towed me out of the muddy hole. Then, when I tried to start the car it would not start. They towed me back to their shop, charged my car to get it started and I was on my way. It was a bad day, my shoes and jeans were covered in mud, it was snowing, I was cold. I went to Mike's Auto Body with half of a front bumper and a lot of shame. My car deserved better than me running it into an icy snowbank. Mike personally saw to it that my bumper was fixed (for the lowest cost out of all of the places that I went for quotes) and that the color of the paint would match the rest of my car. If you know anything about car paint, you know that getting a new part to match is nearly impossible. He worked his magic and my car looks perfect. The service was quick and the people were friendly. My brand new car required a new passenger side door and front quarter panel due to a car accident. Mike's was able to make my car look like it did when I bought it, brand new! You can not tell there was any damage to the car what so ever. The customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to make sure they can work with your schedule. They were able to have my rental car ready and waiting for me when I dropped off my car. Excellent service and quality work. I would definitely recommend Mike's in the future :)
