Home Care, Inc. provides home care services that enable our clients to remain in their homes and communities as an alternative to premature nursing facility placement. We provide services tailored to the needs of each individual to improve or maintain that individual's independence and safety in the residence of choice.

Services
Care can be arranged for as little as one hour-- or as many as twenty-four hours--per day. Short and long-term services are available seven days a week, including holidays. A.C.T. has six registered nurses on the premises. These nurses perform scheduled in-house visits with our clients and maintain regular client interaction to ensure the best possible care and oversight.
Home Care, Inc. is staffed by highly qualified and carefully selected individuals. Each employee has thorough reference checks as well as a criminal background investigation prior to becoming part of the A.C.T. Home Care, Inc. team. Our employees receive ongoing training and education in the area of home care services.
Home Care, Inc. services may be made by an individual, family member, hospital social worker, or case manager, physician or nurse. We address questions regarding services and costs involved in a no-cost, no-obligation consultation with one of our Registered Nurses. We take care to ensure that all billings are true, accurate and conformance with all applicable laws and regulations.
