From the moment me and my fatter walked in Josh was more then willing to help us out and find the best option for us. Even though the specific model outlander wasn’t available for order at the time Josh showed us a unit that someone had backed out on and it met our needs and even surpassed them and was great at going over all the details of the machine and how too how too properly operate it. He also did a great job of getting us a power angle plow installed and did so in a very timely manner. Personally I feel like all purchases on vehicles should be as smooth from start to finish as it was

I worked with Josh in sales and Alex in finance. Both of them were attentive and quick to respond with questions I had before I even walked in the door. When I got to the dealership I was welcomed immediately and Josh explained how the whole process was going to work. The paperwork process with Alex was easy. Josh walked me through the store and introduced me to people in the different departments, but was very low pressure about everything which I appreciate. It was an overall excellent experience and easy process.

I cannot say enough good things about Action Power Sports. Jay was out salesmen and he was awesome. Everyone was so nice and helpful from sales to parts to financing. They are so genuine and actually put the time in to chat and ask questions. They were able to get our ATV on right away and walked us through the entire process seamlessly. Action Power Sports was very professional and has wonderful service. I initially was looking to get the best deal and they without a doubt gave me the best deal I could find. Keith was my original sales person who got promoted (congrats). He handed me off to other sales employees and I was always taken care of. When I went into their store there were tons of people willing to help and after the sale I got to ring a bell which was pretty awesome. Will not spend a dime in this Dealership. It took one month in the shop to change a Brake Light Switch! Called this dealership numerous times for updates and they never return my calls. Called BRP wanting answers and they contact me stating the warranty ticket was closed and when they contacted the dealer was told my

All and all this has been a good experience. It was a little unusual because of my travel schedule. They had to work with me via phone and email throughout the deal and it went well. The only draw to my purchase was Polaris not being able to supply my factory accessories in a timely manner. We will buy our next here as well.

Stay as far away from this dealer as you can. They do not give a damn about your unit. They had my quad for five weeks sitting outside in the rain and blistering heat. When I wasn't happy about that they said they detail every unit before return. If they qualify rain as a detail sure then maybe it was. Clearly wasn't detailed at all. Came back with a rusty chain and rust in places that didn't have rust. I take extremely good care of my stuff and expect the same when in a dealerships hands. I would never allow my toys to sit outside for weeks on end, especially in the rain. I will

Beware, what initially appears to be a great price quickly turns into not so much once they tack on all their hidden fees. I requested info online and then had to contact them myself after no call only to find the "sale" price was just bait.
It would be well worth your time to seek out a dealer that centers around Honesty and integrity as their primary focus. There are many other dealers out there that don't play games or use these tactics.

Horrible, lots of staff.. But customers are clearly not a priority! In addition, they charge just under $200.00 for an estimate of my damaged Honda Hekix..,NOTHING is then applied towards work. And they acted as if they were doing a favor if they did the estimate. WTH.. no wonder I haven't heard one good thing about them after a sale is made!

Horrible after sale service: just bought a brand new 2018 RZR, off their floor... only to have the dealership pick it up 4 days later because of a grinding noise.
After multiple phone calls between the Action Power Sports and Polaris, ans asking for a status on any kind of repair, we still don't know what the actual problem is. Brake pads looked completely worn on pictures they emailed us (??).
New brake pads are on their way from Polaris MN even though we were told the grinding sound is still happening while RZR is in motion. Lack of communication, they seem not to care about their customers

The largest & best powersports selection in town! All represented by a friendly staff in an organized & modern setting. Staff is always very helpful & informed about their equipment, whether it's accessories or machines.
The local competition doesn't have half the inventory of APS.
Great to see side by sides decked out with all the bells & whistles.
I'm gonna to need a much bigger garage if I keep shopping here!

Nice, Honest, Professional - These guys have been great through my purchase and repairs!!! Bought a new bike and the Sales process was smooth and I received a fair deal. I have had two service interactions in which they came 80 miles to my home to pickup; arrived at scheduled time, delivered at scheduled time and were professional in the process.
A highlight was that I had an electrical problem on an outlet that I installed and they analyzed the issue called to get my input and charged fairly for the service without taking advantage of the situation.

Skip this dealer.... Dissatisfactory experience in every way, and unable to come to a successful purchase due to that fact.
Fact is, it was hard to reconcile their advertising practices and advertised prices on social media sites and the actual price they wanted for the item
Had they been more forthcoming in their advertisement , I think it would have made a more straightforward experience
As it is I would not recommend using this dealer for anything, based on this experience
