Dr. Kaplan and his team are continuing to see patients in the office, with optional telemedicine (online) appointments available on request. All of us at Adult & Pediatric Dermatology continue to provide safe, prompt, and accurate dermatological care options. The average time for someone to be correctly diagnosed with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is 7 years.
The longest time Dr. Kaplan has seen was a patient who came in being. While the importance of identifying changing moles as a sign for skin cancer is well known, this time of year someone will inevitably make an appointment with a "changing mole". I have been a patient of Dr. Kaplan's for several years.
