Unprofessional, confusing, lack of communication, overpriced. I called for updates and the girl had no clue what I was talking about and told me she would call me back the next day. Never did. Then measurements were off. I had to pay for their mistakes. And then they called me saying they lost my cushions but then called back and found them. Told me it will be done in 6 weeks total. Took 5 months. Called for updates and again the girl had no clue what I was talking about. She said "It's not in her books. Another girl has information on my cushions." These guys are AWESOME! The stitching on our leather sofa
came apart recently. I made an appointment a couple weeks in advance and wasn't sure what to expect when they got here. Mark was awesome, he showed up on time, fixed our sofa and finished up with in an hour. Though a short visit, I would highly recommend Craftsman Upholstery to everyone I know! We have several pieces of furniture from Craftsman Upholstery. We love the quality of the work and the great customer service they provide. We purchased an oversized chaise lounge from them. When we moved we couldn't get it down the stairs because it was too long to turn the corner. They came out and created a solution that would allow us to get the piece downstairs and not damage the piece of furniture.
