A message from Barry Taylor, M.D. The average physician in Dayton sees around 2,500 patients per year. In the 15 minutes that you spend being rushed in and out of your doctor's examination room, you're lucky if he or she remembers your name, much less your medical history. Healthcare facilities are now forced to care more about their profit-and-loss statements than you.
As your doctors, here is our promise: We will give you all the time you need. We will be accessible anytime, day or night. We will monitor and track your health when you are well just as we would when you are sick. And, because we'll never see more than about 400 patients a year, we will give you the best possible highly skilled, highly personalized care.

At age five, you were hospitalized with asthma. When you were thirteen, your tonsils were removed. You are allergic to bee stings and lately you have had a lot of indigestion. Add to this the stories of your parents and grandparents, the things passed from one generation to the next: diabetes, heart disease or cancer.
As a client of Dr. Taylor or Dr. Duvall, you'll no longer have to endure long waits on hold, inconvenient appointments, and hurried visits with your doctor. Aside from being accessible during our normal office hours, Dr. Taylor and Dr. Duvall are also available to you via telephone or e-mail any time of the day or night, seven days a week.
At Executive Medical Centers, our practice is limited to around 400 patients per doctor. That's less than 20 percent of a traditional practice. And while we do keep a first-come, first-served waiting list, our primary concern at all times is the health and well being of our limited number of current patients.
At Executive Medical Centers, we believe in giving you the best medical care, even if it is outside the walls of our offices. Our doctors have been practicing internal medicine in the Dayton area for decades, and in that time, they have had the opportunity to work with some of the most skilled specialists in the nation.
Raised in Indiana, Dr. Taylor received a degree in Chemistry from Butler University and attended medical school at Indiana University, graduating in 1983. He completed his Internal Medicine training at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and was a partner with Associated Specialists of Internal Medicine from 1986 until 2012.
