Master Kim also helped me and my son with kids that would bully him. Master Kim does not encourage fighting with others, but to use self defenses skills only if necessary. Master Kim has been both a good friend and an excellent teacher for our grandson. He has a wonderful rapport and approach with the young TKD students.

MegaKick Martial Arts wants to make sure your child have one of the most unique, memorable, fun filled birthday party. All of our parties are run by professional martial arts instructors who know how to work with kids of your child's age. One of the great thing about martial arts birthday party is that not only it is fun but educational.
Martial Arts Is destined for success! The enthusiasm that Master Kim generates is contagious. Master Kim was the face of the dojong I attended. He greeted students by name and was always encouraging. He is a patient and tireless teacher with the young and the more "mature" students. His form is impeccable.
All children are taught from the first lesson that a true "Tae Kwon Do kid" never misuses their martial arts skills. Throughout their training students are reminded that being physically and mentally tough doesn't allow one to be tough with others. Instead, Tae Kwon Do students are expected to be humble, courteous, respectful and careful about when and where they practice their skills.

Master Kim and Mrs. Kim do a fantastic job with our 2 kids in their program. Our kids have been enrolled for almost a year and there has been noticeable improvement in their discipline and athleticism.
The student teachers have all been great as well.
There seem to be plenty of classes available during the week, so the program should fit almost any schedule.
The special events are also enjoyable, whether it be the Halloween or really any of the holiday parties.

There are not enough wonderful things I can say about Master Kim and Mrs Kim at MegaKick! I wanted to find something for my youngest son that would help him develop all the right social and physical skills to be successful. We have found all that and much more here at MegaKick. Since my son Logan began attending their school, he has grown more self-confident of what he can accomplish at the school and most importantly in the rest of his life as well. Master and Mrs. Kim are incredibly talented individuals and we are impressed and pleased after every class. We enrolled our daughter for a few trial classes to see if she would be interested and she has fallen in love with the sport, and also her teachers! They make every kid feel like they are the most important one there and have a level of patience and knack for teaching that is truly amazing. We drive from across down 2-3 times per week to take our daughter to class and would not consider going to another school closer to home. We also love the way they teach about the tenants of tae kwon do

We highly recommend Master Kim's Megakick Taekwondo classes. Our daughter attends 4-5 y.o. class and she absolutely LOVES it.
Master Kim is a world class professional and makes it really fun for kids! There are 3-4 teachers during the class helping students with stance, proper kick and punch learning. Mrs. Kim is simply Wonderful!
Megakick studio teaches children focus, respect, active listening on top of Martial Arts.
Also we feel very safe about all the precautions taken by the studio about COVID-19. Parents can watch children's class via zoom meeting! They really have fun and enjoy the learning

We joined Master Kim’s classes about 3 months ago. My children love it there. Both Master and Mrs. Kim are extremely professional, caring and dedicated to their students. I value how promptly they respond to our emails, messages, etc, anytime I reach out with questions. They go above and beyond to ensure that children learn self-discipline, resilience, self-respect and respect to others, while learning the taekwondo discipline and also having fun. As a mother, I can appreciate the dedication Master Kim displays in class towards the students . You can tell he strives to teach them with kindness

Master and Mrs. Kim have been fantastic! My son is 4 years old and has been going to MegaKick for about 8 months and he loves it. He has progressed through the curriculum and I have seen noticeable progress much faster than I expected given his age. I was hesitant to start my son so young but he has a great time and has done a good job picking everything up due to the great training provided.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I honestly don’t know how this place will ever get anything but five stars. While I understand that truly learning any discipline is an investment, I’ll admit that I was initially hesitant - this is not a low commitment offering even for beginners. I was used to signing my kids up to dabble for a few weeks or months at a time with activities, so when we were hooked after a two week trial, a 6-month commitment for my 4-year-old in Tiny Lions had me shaking in my boots. I’m so glad we went for it.

My daughter comes here and loves it! We started out with my siblings and her going for 2 weeks to try it and it was the best decision we made. Master Kim is very fun and gets the kids energy up (I know mine were, they were ready to do chores when we got home😍). There is never a boring moment in class which is great because our daughter gets bored very easy. She wants to learn and makes sure to read every night so she can get her character stripe. She's also learning to to respect those around her and learning to do better at home. Mrs Kim is great too, I had a lot of questions when we started

We joined Master Kim's classes about a month ago. My son was shy and reserved and our aim was to help him gain confidence and come of out his shell. In just a few weeks of training with Master Kim, his transformation was amazing. He is now loud and confident and really enjoying his classes. Master Kim and Mrs Kim are very good with children and we have now enrolled our 3 year old daughter as well who is loving her classes. Excellent institute to teach children about self discipline, respect, gain confidence and excel in all aspects of their life. Highly recommended.

Master Kim and Mrs Kim are awesome!!!! They are great with with kids and their classes are so fun. My son loves going to classes and he is learning so much. I can’t say enough about how great it is and I would highly recommend.
PS: We just had a terrific birthday there for my son. He was able to show off his new skills to all his friends. They also offered pizza, cake, drinks, and Master Kim provided a private lesson to his friends. And to top that, he even had a bounce house!
